The best thing about this place is the fact that the building has the ability to turn a potential buyer INVISIBLE! The Triumph sales guy was blabbing on phone to a buddy about a ride they were going on and something about jokingly buying guns. I went in to start the process of purchasing a Bonnie T-100. I was there for about 20 minutes looking at the bike, sitting on it, taking pictures. The salesman with the beard saw me and never asked, from his chair, if I needed help or had any questions. He saw me, I was ten feet from the guy. When somebody wants to drop almost 10k on a new bike and gear, and the lazy sales guy wont even bother to call his buddy later, does not deserve my hard earned dough. Looks like Ill by giving my money to the guys at Munroe Motors in S.F. because apparently Tri Valley Moto has too much and doesnt need anymore.

I drove all the way up from San Jose on the weekend and got lost with a vehicle full of family looking for this place. The address listed here on Google Maps takes you off into the weeds, converting "952 N Canyon Rd, Livermore, CA" into "952 OLD Canyon Rd", which is a residential street, miles and miles away. The real address is "952 N Canyon Parkway", which Google Maps doesnt recognize, since it has the road stored as "CanyonS Parkway". This is the only way to find the place on Google Maps "952 N Canyons Parkway, Livermore, CA". I spoke to Bill on the phone a few times and he seemed genuinely nice and personable, but he may have lost a sale due to this address problem. UPDATE: The map seems to be pointing to the right place now.

Called ahead of time, they were very busy when I arrived. Bill spent some time with me and finished the paper work. Renee was the salesman. He is kind and helpful. They knew I was in a hurry, I made the offer they took it and within 15 Min paper work done with trade and out the door. I have read many of the other reviews, I think they have made good changes. I also spoke with Mike the owner nice man. Please remember this is a business. They could use more help on the weekends since they only have one salesperson. Perhaps some cross training to help sales show bikes while Renee is closing deals.

If youre an enthusiast this is Disneyland for motorcyclists! Bill and Renee in sales are a joy to do business with, candid and informed. They moved mountains to deliver what was "unobtanium"...Exceeded my expectations! Sara in parts gets it done. And Danny and his team in service are first rate. Ive bought two motorcycles from Tri Valley Moto, had four motorcycles serviced and Im totally stoked to have these guys in Livermore: Theyre enthusiasts, competent and they "totally get it". Highly recommended!

Brought back a bike I had bought less than a year earlier for a simple clutch job. Took over 10 weeks and cost over $2700 (also replaced rear brakes). Got all the way home to find a steady oil drip from the shaft and later total rear brake failure! Tri-Valley re-did the clutch job at no charge, but I took the bike to Modesto for the brakes. If you are misguided enough to do business here, dont leave your phone number or youll get annoying recorded sales pitches periodically from this place.

I didnt even know this motorcycle dealership existed. They havent done a very good job of showing up on Google Maps, Yelp, etc. online. But the sales staff is very professional and the shop is huge. They had every accessory I wanted in stock. And the sales closing process was very easy. Big props to Kevin and Lance. Oh, and they have a perfect test drive route set up. Plenty of twistys to try out that bike before buying. Forget buying in the city where you cant really test drive it.

I just recently purchased a new bike from Tri Valley Moto (BMW S 1000rr). I have purchased a number of bikes and a few from other dealers in the Bay Area. The other dealers just do not even measure up to Tri Valley Moto . The staff there were awesome, sincere, genuine and very professional and knowledgeable. On a scale of 1-10 these guys scored a perfect 10 Thank you Tri Valley for a job well done.
