Unbelievable. I was looking for an extremely clean and low mile Vmax and I thought that I found one on the Adventure Motorsportsports website. An 06 with 4800 miles on it. The website had one horrible grainy picture of it. I call up and talk to Tim (the sales guy) about the bike asking for more photos. No he cant do that but not to worry as its in excellent shape. I live a long way away from them and wanted to be assured that the bike was in the condition I was looking for. Its in amazingly clean condition and looks like new Tim assures me. I call back over the course of a week riddling him with questions about the condition and stressing how I am looking for a very clean example of this model. Again he assures me that it is in amazing shape. Any damage I specifically ask? None at all Tim tells me. He finally relents and sends me three very non representational pics of the bikes condition. He assures me that the bike looks like a very well maintained bike of 4800 miles should look. Just like I would expect he says. Clean. No damage. No issues. None. Great! I am excited and we work out a price that I feel is fair for an excellent condition bike with 4800 miles. I go and rent the truck and trailer to pick it up as I am 60 miles away which costs me $140. Well worth it, I think to myself, to get my new low mileage motorcycle home safely. I get there and the bike is just trashed. Heavy abrasion scarring on both sides of the motor case, rusted bolt heads, heavy oxidation on the whole bike, it had obviously been ridden and stored outside for long periods and they didnt even do ANY detailing to try to back up their claims of its supposed wonderful condition. The brake fluid cap had leaked at some point and there was brake fluid damage on several parts that it had spilled on and the owner (Scott) of the shop tries to tell me that its normal for Yamahas to do that. I have bought 4 new high end Yamahas in the past 15 years that NEVER had that problem and when I sold these bikes even with 20,000 miles they looked 10 times better than this bike. I start pointing damage out specifically to him and hes telling me that its nothing and then admits that he cant see anything without his glasses. Unf#*$ingbelievable! Then after closer inspection he admits me that yes, the bike has way more damage than any bike with 4800 miles should have and to make a low offer. But even at a much reduced price I wouldnt even want this bike just because of the horrible condition and evidence of unusual problems that shouldnt occur on any bike with only 4800 miles. I am an old guy and have been buying new motorcycles since 1970 and have been riding hard ever since. I know motorcycles and motorcycle dealers very well. My experience here was one of mind bogglin misrepresentation of the condition this bike and then their indifference when getting busted for it was shocking. I could only conclude that these guys are blind, incompetent, or crooks. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

Wow, where do I begin with our experience with Adventure Motorsports? The staff are INCREDIBLE. You want down to earth REAL people.. youre getting the best of the best here. Scott was super cool and invited us in right off the bat. Asked basic questions but was never pushy in regards to sales. Wade was the associate who worked mainly with me (wife here, I do the numbers in the pocket book) while Wade and I were chatting, my husband was able to take a test ride. Mallory (I apologize if I do not have your name correct!) was such a sweet young woman. She played with the children for over an hour and a half; letting them sit on quads, etc with great care towards the merchandise still. My children were fed fresh cookies (I had a few to dull the anxiety of purchase lol) I mean... come on... WHERE are you going to go to buy a toy that you can freely and with little to no stress- commence financial paper work with kids in tow and not look behind you because you know your children are being respectful but also being well taken care of? NO WHERE but Adventure. I had a blast chatting with Wade. Hes extremely down to earth and very likeable. Thank you for the wonderful overall family experience. And the family photo... it takes the cake. THANKS! We will see you again for my bike next year! -The Johnsons

Where do I start??? My boyfriend and I started looking for a bike for me last summer. Nothing really grabbed my attention until a few months ago, when I saw "her"! All the people at the store were amazingly helpful and even though I was looking at used, they treated me like I was the only one in there. After a couple of months of continuously looking, in hopes that I might find something else that grabbed my attention, we went back and she was still there. My Yamaha senses were tingling. Thats when I met Wade! He was so very helpful and genuinely cared about my concerns, requirements and what I truly wanted. He wasnt there to move a bike...he was there to make me happy. With my credit being an issue, he was, more than happy to assist any way he could. After a couple of days of thinking and asking questions, I made the decision that she (the beautiful bike) must be with me and Wade was the guy to make it happen! I couldnt be happier with my experience at Adventure and with Wade. All the guys were ecstatic about me finally getting her. Theyd seen me many times and knew it was a big decision for me. Thank you Adventure and Wade...you have a customer for life...! Now...lets ride!!!

Everybody at Adventure Motorsports was great! I had experienced some not-so-great service at a well-known dealership in Auburn, so I decided to make a trip to Monroe based on reviews. AM has earned all of their great reviews. I emailed late on a Thursday night asking about a 2016 Yamaha FZ07 I had seen on Cycletrader. Wade called me right away on Friday, and after a few questions he had one pulled out of a crate and built for me to test ride the next day, on Saturday. They were expecting me by 2:00, I showed up at 3pm on a day I know they must have been very busy, and they were still able to get the ball rolling for me immediately. Within about 5 minutes of arriving, they loaned me a helmet and I was off for a test ride. Between the receptionist Melody, Gary and Colin in Parts (helped pick out my riding gear), Wade, and Jen (she took my money), I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Wade even helped me get the bike strapped into my truck for the ride home. The dealership in Auburn (Noble What?) was unable to handle something as simple as selling me the bike I asked for. Im glad for that now because I feel much better about making my purchase at AM.

Update: Worked with Wade to purchase a 2017 Suzuki V-Strom 650XT. I was going to wait a year, but all of the sunny days here in Seattle killed that plan! The process was just as good as the Kymco buy but I felt I already had a trustful relationship with the team (Wade, Scott and Jen). The new location is a lot bigger so you can actually see more inventory (machines and service). Note: I read some of the Yelp reviews when I was shopping for the Kymco. If you ever have an issue, please address it face to face with these folks. Give them a chance to shine. They will. Just bought a Kymco Like 200i. Worked with Wade McDuff and I have to say, was a great experience. Wade was low key, answered the questions I had and walked me through the process. Oh yeah, helped us pick out some helmets. On a side note, I like supporting local businesses and I feel adventure motorsports worked with me on the price. Thanks Wade and Adventure Motorsports!
