These are good stores. My only complaint is that they dont carry much in the way of brands and selection. Would be nice if you could you go to one store and try on Revit, Alpinestars, Joe Rocket, etc. as fitting varies a lot (dealers are no better though). In the end you are often forced to go the mail order route.

Good guys, helpful but not overly helpful (which I like). Could be more variety. Id like some more high end stuff aside from $100 visors for my $500 helmet. Thay do have some nice leathers, and the sales are good!

The staff is knowledgeable and approachable. They can order from another store if you cannot find what you need. Tire sales and shop (mounting/balancing) in the back.

They dont know what parts they have and dont have. They sold me the wrong sized tire, and it takes them 24 hours to put it on the rim. Its about a 10 minute job.

Not a lot of parts for American bikes but lots for metric. Good place for batteries,helmets,riding gear,some boots. Friendly people also.
