I was referred to M1 Kustoms by a very good friend of mine who had extensive work done on his Fat Bob (were talking all the way down to the frame). Over the course of a month or two I observed the level of communication that happened between John and my friend, and was amazed at the detail John put into his emails and txts. It was clear hes extremely thorough in everything he does. So when it was time to put new apes, cables, wheels, tires, air suspension, bags and rear fender on my Road King, I knew exactly who I wanted to do the work. Simply put, I could not be happier with M1 Kustoms. John gave me an accurate quote and time frame from the beginning, was detailed and timely in his communications throughout the whole process, and in the end the work was absolutely spot on. Cannot recommend this place enough. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

I took my TriGlide in for some custom wiring/lighting and everything turned out fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and the most personable motorcycle mechanic I have ever met. I really like that I am dealing directly with one person rather than through a layer of management steps where you may never know who worked on your bike. He told me more about my trike than the dealer did when I purchased it. John does great work, I will be returning this is certain

5 star Earned! Clean little awesome shop, excellent customer service from John. Definitely will go back. They work on harley-davidson, custom cards and such.
