I like Aldi as a company but this is a s****y Aldi in a s****y neighborhood. The staff is rude. The cashier asked me to come back to the register when I was walking out the door. I did thinking that perhaps she forgot to ring up something of mine. I asked her "whats the problem?" She ignored me and scanned a loaf of bread I had bought. "What happened?" She handed me my bread back and then made a "move along" sweeping hand gesture. "Whats going on here?" Ignored again by the worthless c***. Finally I realized the previous customer had seen my bread, realized she forgot to buy bread, and asked the cashier to ring up my bread so she didnt have to leave the line to go get her own bread. The cashier wasted MY TIME to help the customer behind me. F*** this place and all the people who work here. At closing time I have a seen a Security Guard standing at the doors. Yes, this neighborhood is so s****y that this is necessary.

If you have visited other Aldi stores, it becomes quickly appearant that is location in not on par with the others. The shopping carts are linked together in the middle of the parking lot, blocking a good portion of not only parking, but flow to an already over stressed area. The store suffers from an extreme inability to keep items stocked or out of the isles. The lines are long at this location as most people checking out seem to be stocking underground bunkers. Also please stop selling bottled water. This is surely one of the only countries you practice this.

Extremely cheap food, milk is the lowest price in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Eggs, dairy, produce all tend to be the lowest price anywhere, lower than walmart, sav-a-lot, Hispanic and Asian grocery stores, etc. So if you need the lowest price in most grocery products and dont mind private brands, ALDI is for you. Due to the fact they are the low price leader, they tend to have very long lines, and poor customer service. As this New Hampshire branch attests too. Does not accept MANUFACTURERS coupons ever, even if the products match.

I appreciate Aldis great prices and their weekly specialty items. However, as a frequent shopper, I try to schedule my shopping trips to before 1:00 to avoid the long lines. When Im out of change, it is the stores policy to assist its shoppers with securing a shopping cart. I simply enter the store, go directly to a cashier and ask for a quarter for a shopping cart. Im then given a quarter for a shopping card. Its a win - win for both parties, and I am not limited nor inconvenienced during my shopping experiences.

Great place! Great prices! But when though the county doesnt charge you for bags, this place will. Plus you bag your own groceries. Boxes are provided, like a club store, but you gotta search for those. Only reason I have i didnt give it full 5 stars is because its so small and really there isnt any rhyme or reason to how their nonparishables are on the shelves. Otherwise prices are fantastic!!!

Its a nice place to get cheaper food and items for the house but it gets packed and I find the environment a bit sterile. You must remember to have change in coins to be able to get a cart (no baskets available) and bags for your groceries because otherwise youll have to do without. They might have boxes but theyre hard to come by.

Great prices, especially on their produce. Sometimes they have named brand items at a great discounted price. For example, Giant had Betty Crocker icing for cookies on sale for $3.oo and Aldi had the same exact product for $1.99. Their dairy also has great prices; eggs are $1.75 for a dozen; Giant $2.99. See for yourself!

The store is fine, but was under renovation so it was a bit hard to identify. Also, I went after it was already dark out, and there were random men in the parking lot offering to take my cart for me so that they could get the quarter. Being followed in a parking lot after dark was not good. I recommend going during the day.

One must understand when shopping here that this is not a high end grocery store. But, the prices are very competitive, and the lines move very fast though the store is almost always packed! The quality of food sometimes suffers due to low prices, but the majority of the time it is far more than sufficient.

Great prices for meat and generally great produce. I often get fresh fruit and "never frozen" meat here. Fairly clean and organized. This staff is just as quick as their locations in Beltsville and Bowie. You can definitely save a buck here if youre willing to bring or buy a few bags.

Fresh vegetables and good prices. Customer service and little poor but(it depends on the location) For instance ,Aldi on Langley Park workers are a little rude, but worker at Aldi over 450 highway are very nice and excellent customer service

Dont be put off by the no frills interior. If you dont mind scanning through everything on the shelves, you can find great quality imported food, organic vegetables, surprise items in the merchandise specials aisle or plants seasonally.

Great prices and wonderful selection. This location has a lot of traffic. Thus the queues tend to be long and the shelves can at times be in the process of being re-stocked. But in all, this a sign of just how beloved the store is.

Low prices, good selection. Somewhat long check out lines, but clerks are efficient. Bring your own bags, as they have none. (You can purchase a sturdy, reusable bag for $2.) Bring a refundable quarter to use a shopping cart.

Not clean, food and products left in isles seemingly unnoticed by store staff. A general feeling of unkept and sloppiness was what I found here. *not enough employees working at once to keep up with the demand of the store

German company offers consistently no frills, below-mainstream pricing on fresh produce w/ organics. Have to go elsewhere for ginger, kale, etc. Also, kitchen + home furnishings may have an occasional solution.

Very dirty floors, and the cashier very rude as well.... The most of the shopping carts doesnt work well...and they arent enough in a busy day like a saturday... Any way the prices are VERY COMPETITIVE!!!

Its cheap..one of the cheapest stores I have found around. But still the quality is not that good, but still if you get corn flakes for 1.5$ instead of 4$, you can surely bet on this.

Parking lot largely closed off due to construction, the store itself is clean and staff are friendly, but it does not have the variety of products I have seen at other Aldi stores
