We went on opening day around 530pm. No one was there when we walked in. The girl behind the counter was short and rude with her answers when we asked questions about the various flavors. We were bringing some of these to a party for the evening so ordered 8. We get to the register to pay and my total is 30.00, I see at the bottom of the price menu by the register I could get a dozen for 36.00 I asked the cashier if that offer is good now and she says yes. I tell her I will pay the additional 6 dollars for 5 more cupcakes. The original girl who helped us was even more annoyed now that we needed more and made a comment of I supposed you need all those reboxed, I declined and said multiple boxes are fine. On opening day meeting your customers for the first time one would think you would be putting your best foot forward but the lack of customer service and friendliness sticks way more in my mind then the cupcakes now. I hope to try them again in the future and have a better experience.

This hidden gem has the most delicious cupcakes. I almost dont want to tell others about this piece and keep it to myself, they are that delicious!!! The cupcakes are huge! I cut them in half, or even thirds and sometimes quarters, and that was enough sweet treat. Some are filled and some are not. There are the 12 cupcakes (maybe it was 9), that they have every day and then they have 2-3 cupcakes that they change daily. They have puppy cupcakes as well!

Loved it! I went there on Mothers Day. Every cupcake we tried was great. If they ran out of a cupcake they just made more which was wonderful. The cupcakes were big. We ordered a dozen and actually they gave us 13 and it was a better price that way. The ice cream was good too. Would recommend Smallcakes to everyone!

Honestly...there is a Lemon Poppy seed ice cream here that will make your head explode into a million pieces because it is sooooo good. Of all the cupcake places I have been too...this is the best one.

Best cupcakes I have ever had! I absolutely love cake and these were so moist and the frosting was fabulous! I got a dozen yesterday and I am ordering 2 dozen today for an event! Love this place!

Disappointed. The frosting was very grainy & way too sweet. Cake part was moist but left a funny after taste. Do not recommend.

Staff were nice, cupcake was not properly put in the carrier resulting in a mushy cupcake. Great for a one time outing!
