This store is awesome. The ice cream is top notch and so are the people who work there. Sometimes it takes a while because the line is so long (testament to what a great place it is), but its worth the wait! Get this: The owner closes an hour earlier during the school year so his employees get home at a decent time on school nights (he cares more about the people he employs than extra $$ in his pocket)!

Ordered a cake for my sons birthday. The cake was dry and hard and the ice cream tasted old. Stopped in to tell manager and the older man with grey hair did not care. Coldstones cakes cost too much to not be awesome. Will never return.

Awful. You have to wait FOREVER to get anything. The management only lets one employee make your order and ring you up after 8pm on a weekend....horrible. just go to the grover store and get ice cream there
