i live 3 blocks from this store.after waiting 15 minutes in drive-thru watching 2 hops talk to car and they seen 3 cars setting there.i pulled up to window to get service and was greeted with what......... they acted as i was wrong and not paying customer..i stated my wait and drove to sonic on commercial st and was meet with kind and very friendly service...i will tell everybody of the bad service and steer all my friends to the other store..i work in service bizz and this is a repeating happening ..at this store..word of mouth can undo a ton of advertising ....be kind ,you only sell a service remember this.I will still spend my hard earning at sonic but not 3 blocks from my home

These have to be by far the slowest and dumbest oeopke 8 have ever come accross. Im here roughly 1-2 times a week as I work close by. They are always ridiculously slow and something is always wrong, everytime. The most common thing is no ice, its not that difficult, I asked for no ice and the car hop repeats the order when they come out and then hands me a drink full of ice. Anything you want special about what you are ordering you have to repeat several times and it is still brought out wrong. Never have seen the same person twice. Food is the same as every other sonic location. Havent had any food quality issues just horrendous service.

I have been to this location twice in the last few months and both times I could not get anyone to take my order from the carhop stations. Each time I pressed the button and waited....... no answer, even after pressing again during the 10 minute wait . The screen showed that it was working and activated. Meanwhile people in the drive-through were ordering and getting their food. All I can figure it is very poorly managed and they just dont care about the customers. Last this happened I finally drove across town to a different one and had my drinks ordered, paid, and delivered in about 2 minutes.

Its my fault for giving this place another shot, considering how bad it was last time, Today I swang by and bought fries, breakfast burr, and slush. The fries tasted like they had been 3 days old like you find in car seat, and the burrito had 2 black hairs on it. My co-worker went by there yesterday and he complained of the same thing with his fries, so maybe this place is ran by a bunch of teenagers I dont know but im not sure how this place is still open!

Waited almost 30 mins for someone to answer the call button then as we start to pull away they answer we begin to place our order and they hung up and went to the next stall so then waited another 5 mins to get someone to listen through the drive through and this is at 3:21 and clearly not lunch hour then hands us an incorrect drink.

Management and employees were very rude. The food didnt taste right, like it was old, and it was undercooked. The parking lot was disgusting, as were the tables on the patio, concrete was black with grease stains. I can only imagine what the inside looks like.

I love sonic and I feel bad for complaining but the past three times I have gone to this particular Sonic my order has not been as good as it could have been. Never enough ice and the flavor in my tea was disgusting. But the people were so sweet.

I ordered a wacky packgrilled cheese with tots and sweet tea and they charged me full price individually instead of the$ 3.49 for kids meal and then they forgot two of our tot orders but someone brought out two promptly which was nice.

Not the best Sonic in town, looking at the other views I see I am not alone. Crappiest tater tots Ive ever tried to eat. Normally you can revive them with 15 seconds of microwave but these were way gone. Thanks Sonic.

This isnt the best location in the area. The srrvice is typically slow. Most of the time, the food is oversalted. Ive had overcooked, chewy chicken more than once. The employees, however, are usually nice.

This trip, there was an overcharge to be fixed, no add in the drink as ordered. At the end ordered an ice coffee and was told coffee was out would hope I try back in the future. Not a great lunch.

Not busy. Waited at drive through for four minutes and no one said anything. Then pulled into stall and pushed button and waited another 5 minutes. Then 2 more minutes to bring out a large drink.

I realize its happy hour...but I just waited 15 goddamn minutes for a MINI mozzarella stick. Thats TWO sticks of cheese. Dont try to upsell. Doesnt work for you.

My onion rings are always a hit or miss here. I dont think they clean their oil enough. Also, they can be pretty slow... But, they are very friendly
