Item was purchased from Lumberton NC (Kay Jewelers) in December as a Christmas gift. The merchandise was passed off as compatible to Pandora, the quality is a true knock-off version. The glass charm fell a part. Do not buy charms from this location, as a matter of fact, Id be careful when making any purchase because staff will misrepresent items to ensure sale goals are met. The manager stated, "your item is six months old and you dont have a receipt. We sell items comparable to Pandora". My response, NO YOU DO NOT...Pandora last for years, your merchandise couldnt hold up for six months. If the merchandise had been represented properly this message would not have been posted nor necessary.
