Great, friendly, and thoughtful staff! Quick turnaround! Very helpful, I would recommend to anybody! I was just recently proposed to with my mothers engagement ring from the 1980s. I went into Grimball Jewelers hoping to find a new band/setting to put my mothers diamond in. I was welcomed immediately and helped in such a kind and thoughtful manner. I ended up choosing a band that they were able to give my fiancé and I for half off! The wait time was two weeks, because they ordered a new head for the setting (my diamond was .35 carat and the original head was too big). Otherwise, the turnaround wouldve been even quicker! I got my ring right on time and they even worked with me and didnt charge for the resizing!

We love Grimball Jewelers! Their staff are talented, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They helped my husband pick out my engagement ring and we came back later to purchase our wedding bands. Berkley was very patient with us as we tried on many, many different styles (over 3 different visits) to find the perfect bands. My husband’s ring was custom made and turned out just perfectly. We also had an heirloom ring made into a pendant to be worn as a necklace and they did a phenomenal job with the conversion - the final piece was better than I could have imagined! We will continue to go to Grimball Jewelers for all our jewelry needs.

Theyve twice assisted me with some small problems (shopping for a ring box, then later, making a decision about a ring sizing), with no sales pressure and no charges. The jeweler pointed out my old engagement ring prongs were worn and should be replaced to protect the stone, also that a slight adjustment in my band size would be appropriate. These folks resized an heirloom ring for me, going down in size, and with a band that had a pattern all over it- not an easy task. Excellent work, very well blended, and they made good use of the pattern for the cutout areas, all around fantastic job. Id recommend them.

Horrible. Overpriced and bad customer service. Dont bother going after 4:30 even though closing is at 6. Charge $15 to change a battery and batteries are cheap ones you can buy on ebay for 47 cents a piece. HORRIBLE
