This is a good place with good people who clearly care about their reputation and service. A nice, family-operated business. By far the best coin shop Ive ever dealt with. The buying and selling process is pleasant, smooth, and transparent, with little or none of the b.s. often encountered in other coin shops. Updated prices are clearly posted on a large electronic screen, and are honored. And prices are reasonable and fair for buyers and sellers alike. The staff does its best to minimize waiting time and treats all customers respectfully, whether the transaction is large or small. One quibble: Sometimes they will make an issue of .999 versus .9999 purity, which is unnecessary, in my opinion, since .999 coins may very well be .9999 in purity or even higher. Also, all major modern bullion 1-oz coins, whatever their purity, contain 1 oz of gold. Anyway, I love this store and believe that its owners share my values (as a typical conservative Virginia farmer). I do worry about security in this store. I hope they are as well-protected as possible.

They do not rush you thru your transactions and they go over what they have quoted you for you to decide-there is no pressure. I went at 10 in the morning and found there to be about 4 other people in the shop. I was expecting a wait, but when I walked in Mrs. Luck greeted me immediately and said they would be with me in a minute. Only about 5 minutes later I was being helped, and Mr. and Mrs. Luck were very friendly. I greatly enjoyed my experience, and they paid the highest price out of anyone I could find. I highly recommend it. O, and they have the cutest little dog :)

These people are AWESOME! I ordered when they had a weekend offer of no shipping. I only ordered around 10 dollars of silver and they were still good sports and shipped it for free! They even sent me a random hodgepodge of few extra free coins, which I didnt expect. I checked into the value of the free coins and turns out they sent me over $10 worth of free coins. I will be buying from these people again.
