I went in to buy my wife a necklace. I wanted to pay for it straight up in full with my debit card. Well then she saw a ring. Im not a rich man so I said its one or the other. She chose the ring and the sales lady there launched into some rant about a lifetime warranty and that it will cost $20 per size to resize up to her size. Never had I heard of of a jewelry store charge for the resize with inital purchase. Then she did the hard sell on opening some account so my wife could get both and that of course snowballed into a whole thing. My credit isnt the greatest and Im trying to clean up from my past mistakes. Anyway she runs it and of course I knew it was gonna say hence why I came in prepared to pay upfront and walk out and be done. So now Im embarrassed the wife is upset and the lady DOESNT EVEN WANNA SELL US ANYTHING AT THIS POINT! I was livid. We left and will never be back.

I DREAD going to this store. My husband purchased from the Greenville mall location and I guess we were just spoiled with kindness from them. Once we moved to Raleigh, it all changed. Every time I go to this store there is a problem. I usually go just to get my set cleaned and inspected, but it is always so complicated. One day they can help you no problem and the next they act like they dont know who you are and get treated so rudely. Its almost as if they are better than with their professional attire and know it all attitudes. I wish we had never bought with Kays just so I wouldnt have to deal with this location. Hope someone else gets better service than I do. It makes what could be a simple 10 minute transaction into a 30 minute debate and plea.

Triangle Town Center - HORRIBLE customer service. There is one guy there that is a total jerk. They dont care if they help you or not. The guy just kept telling me to look online instead of helping me in the store. Perhaps he could have looked for me if it was so important to him? The manager is never there. I have called several times and she is always on vacation. They ruined several of my rings, mostly the ones that had the most sentimental value. Then the guy proceeds to get an attitude with me because Im upset about what they did to all my things. If you must go to Kay Jewelers the Wilson store has much better service!!! Id rather drive!

Worst Customer Service ever. Never buy from them they lie to you just to make there store quota. Then dont try to return it if you paid cash because you can not. If the store claims that you can not return unless they have the cash because they open with a small amount of cash. However, you can wait about 15 days to receive a check in the mail for something that you had to pay upfront for in the store. It didnt take me 15 days to purchase it shouldnt take me 15 days to get my money back when I paid cash for it. I will continue to buy from Reeds Jewelry. Worst experience ever. I have filed a BBB Complaint

Other reviews seem to mirror my complaints about bad customer service. After I left from an inspection my ring was not clean and no service was recommended even though my ring clearly needs to be plated. The rep I worked with was inefficient and I had to repeat the answers to her questions several times. Maybe its a pet peeve of mine but you should listen to the answer if youre going to ask a question. Ill be going to another Kays from here on out.

On May 6th 2016 I had the pleasure of purchasing a pair of earrings as a Mothers Day Present. After just 9 days an Earrings broke and was lost. I would not mind if it was a cheap $20 set. But you expect Quality when the purchase is over $130. We have tried to contact the store and customer service. But this has been futile. This is and will be my last purchase as Im more concerned with quality for a price.

I love the great customer service I get every time I visit this location. The sales reps are always friendly and very helpful. I brought my mom there with me this weekend and Tierra Green who helped us made sure all our questions was answered . My mom loves the purchase she mad and cant wait to come back. I went into this store last week to have my ring cleaned and checked. I was apprehensive due to the reviews. I was helped quickly and the service was great! I also got to meet the new manager whom told me she relocated to this store about a week ago. I will be returning to this store in the future.
