I guess pretty usual for a Charming Charlies however, customer service here is sub-par. I was not greeted and was ignored by all staff members. Store was practically empty and the silence was stiffening. Mild messiness with merchandise, things where falling off their packaging or were tangled with other items. Some didnt have tags. Youll sometimes find a missing jewel or two if youre not paying attention. Organization is about what is to be expected, color coordinated and in-season styles placed in their respective settings up front. Most staff didnt exist or had their back to me working on putting out shipment. One woman did turn and look at me but, that was it for interaction. When I went to wait in check out the young lady at the register finished with the customer in front of me and was in the process of walking off. I had to say I was ready to check out before she left the counter. The back room door was open to the counter with a supervisor in ear shot but, was also preoccupied with unpacking jewelry shipments. I wish someone spoke up and I did not feel welcome. Even at check out conversation and demeanor was half-assed at best. I mean, yes, youre supposed to be doing something however, most of your job should be interactions with customers and usually there are designated workers for maintaining the store. Either the managers need to take up the reins more or they need to have more team meetings to get the message across to their workers.

Really cute place with a HUGE selection of accessories, especially scarves galore! Especially nice if you need a handbag, novelty jewelry, or a scarf. They have cotton, polyester, light, heavy, and are organized by color, just like the rest of the store. Also a nice selection if you need a niqab/hijab in either solid or abstract pattern colors. Prices are about the same as your average boutique: $8-20 for scarves, $10-45 for handbags, purses, etc, and about $12-40 for various clothes. Pop in, check it out. Ive never had anything but excellent, friendly service and a good experience at a Charming Charlie.

I love Charming Charlie! You can find any accessory for any occasion. They sort by color, so sometimes it does help to have an idea of what you need and the color scheme you are looking for, otherwise you may get overwhelmed. The quality of the jewelry is decent. A ring or necklace may turn green after wearing it a while, especially if its a hot day and youre sweating. However, for some costume jewelry, this is my place to go!

Best place for someone with OCD. Everything is organized beautifully. Prices arent a big detterant with all the wonderfull coupons, sales, and discounts. It livens up your wardrobe with so many colors. Im addicted to the store. One of my most favorite stores.
