They have a variety of electrical equipment: lights and wiring, all sorts of material, but you need to know exactly what you want because they are not too customer friendly. If you know the ropes and who to talk to, I assume you are good to go, but if you look in with questions and are not sure it is going to be less than warm and receptive. As you make the sale, however, the office staff was congenial and good to talk to. I honestly had a better conversation with one of the customers about what I needed than almost anyone else.

Not friendly AT ALL. No one would even approach me to asked me if I needed help. When I finally got someone to help me, the guy told me he doesnt know anything about the cable I needed. He said: " I just sale things here, Im not an electrician" and he just left me standing there. I dont believe they know the meaning of customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I rather pay more and go somewhere else for what I need.

I ordered 2 exterior lights. They told me 2 weeks. I paid $525 and called 3 days before I showed up to pick up the lights only to find out that the lights were not there. Unfortunately i had scheduled the electrician who I ended up paying for 2 hours and no lights were installed. Bad customer service.
