Took both of my dogs on Sunday (1/22) for grooming appointments and everything was great at first. Both dogs teeth were very cleaned and nails were filed, but both dogs didnt smell clean and were noticeably dirty. I spent $50 each on their baths and had high expectations. Also noticed that both of my dogs havent been themselves since their baths which really concerns me, especially since they are both very active dogs and they are very sluggish since Sunday. I contacted management and getting refunds for both dogs, but will continue to visit the store to get pet supplies.

Nice new location. This store has all of the regular PetSmart supplies but fewer options than the West Ashley store. The employees have been friendly and helpful every time Ive stopped by. They do need to work on their aquatics section and I would not recommend purchasing fish here (go to Tideline Aquatics in North Charleston!) Much nicer than Petco!

A great Petsmart! No Banfield in this one - but there is a stand-alone Banfield right down the road to make up for it. I like how quiet this location is because of the lack of a vets office/groomer in the back. A much more relaxing shopping experience.

Nobody cares to help you. They gather and talk among themselves while not trying to help the "1" customer in the store. They will never be able to stay in business with that attitude. They would all be fired if it was my place of business.

We took our dog here for the first time for a standard grooming and it was done WAY more thoroughly than what we used to pay for at Petco (in West Ashley). We also paid a little less so I would definitely recommend the groomers here.

A great addition to James Island with an immaculate store! There are a lot of choices for dog and cat food, toys, supplies and everthing else you need to properly care for your animals. Customer service is great too!

The staff was very helpful and friendly and when I couldnt get the grinder I purchased to work the manager had no problem plugging it in and showings me what to do. Thanks everybody!
