I have to say that Libby and I had a great experience at this salon. Jen did an exceptional job on Libby. Libby is a Golden Retriever and that said she is a lot of work to be done properly. She came out perfect and smelling like a sugar cookie. She had the full treatment which is a little pricey but she was beautiful. Ears, teeth, brushed out completely, haircut, bathed, nails. Im not saying that someone else didnt have a bad experience but I feel they do an awesome job. Thanks Pet Supplies Plus!

This place is home of the WORST customer service I have ever seen. These days more and more companies are putting emphasis on how important customer service is.... You will be standing around for 20 minutes until someone approaches you for assistance IF YOUR LUCKY.. Their cricket supply is enough to last 2 days of the week. Its clear as entrepreneur this place is lacking management desperately. But yet I will keep coming back because I dont want to drive 30 minutes to pets mart.

I was just in this store. I was looking for dog food and at the chameleons and was hoping to get some help. There was a manager and a sales associate who both BLATANTLY ignored me and the manager at one point even brushed by me when she was called to the register. This was the second time in under 2 minutes I was completely disregarded and was shown no customer service. I walked out without buying anything. Ill go small business. At least then I will be acknowledged.

I dont know if its possible to have a decent experience here. Let alone a good one. Any time Ive ever tried to purchase anything here their payment system was down. The customer service doesnt exist here. None of them know what they are talking about let alone whats even in stock. Half the time their employees are out on the side walk smoking.

I have had the worst time finding a good groomer for my miniature schnauzer; they do a great job every time. They even have me look her over at pick-up in case I want anything one over again!

They have pretty much anything you need for your pet... Whatever that may be. And the grooming salon is wonderful.
