I took my Equinox to Solomon Chevrolet after an accident recently. The repair took about three to four weeks longer than expected due to the extent of the damage they didnt realize until a couple of weeks in. I understand that happens sometime and tried to be as patient as possible. They were nice to rent a vehicle for me for the last week of the time, which did help. However, when I picked up my vehicle, a button had come off my center console at some point during the repair/ detailing. I went back to the Service Dept. within a couple of days to inquire about having it replaced. They said their guys had not broken it and I would have to pay well over $300 to have it replaced (the entire console would have to be replaced). I get that its my word against theirs and I cant prove it. And its just a button, after all. Still, its unfortunate and unprofessional that they will not resolve the situation by fixing their mistake. As a result, I will not be using Solomon Chevrolet again or be recommending them to others.

I looked at EVERY Chevrolet dealer from Dothan to Panama City to Pensacola to Marianna and every one in between. I wanted a Spark. NOBODY treated me with the same respect as Daniel at Solomon Chevrolet. I bought my Spark used, but the price was still just a little out of my budget for financing, but they were able to bring the price down to MORE than reasonable to accommodate me. This is my first NEW NEW vehicle, and I love it. Daniel answered all of my silly little questions in detail, and there wasnt a single one that he didnt immediately know an answer to. I will never purchase another vehicle from one of the "buy here, pay here" shacks. I will be returning to Solomon Chevrolet. I had fun buying this car. I have had my traverse serviced several times at Solomon, and the service department staff are always courteous, fast, professional, and always give me stellar service. They answer my questions and I trust what they tell me. I dont feel like they are trying to make me waste money on unnecessary repairs, or that they are trying to take advantage of me. Such a relief to have stress-free service! Daniel Herring sold me my traverse several years ago, and every time I see him he always asks about my vehicle. I know I can call him with any questions I might have, and I will definitely buy from him next time I need a new Chevy! I truly appreciate having a dealership that I can trust to provide me a great vehicle buying experience, and that they will stand behind their product.

My husband and I actually went in to buy a used car. I had one picked out, but John told me he would prefer not putting me in that car because I needed something reliable to drive to school each day. I told him I needed something small with great mileage and how much we could afford to pay. I was flabbergasted when he told us we could get a NEW car for what our payment range was! He took us to the exact car that I needed! My new Chevrolet Spark is perfect for getting me (and my granddaughter) to Wallace every day! Thirty mpg in town! Thirty nine on the highway! We will definitely go back to John Sistrunk at Solomon Chevrolet for all our vehicle needs!

I recently purchased a 2015 Corvette Stingray for my wifes birthday. The staff at Solomon helped me surprise her with the car (she did not believe us at first) and made sure she had an enjoyable experience while at the dealership. Danny Mobley made sure that she was familiar with the car before she drove off the lot. We have purchased several vehicles from Solomon over the years and have always had excellent service from both the sales and service department. I would recommend Solomon to anyone considering buying a new or used vehicle. Everyone at Solomon went out of their way to make this purchase easy for me and I am sure they would for anyone.

So pleased with purchase of traverse from Solomon Chevrolet and especially with service provided by sales person Mike Stewart.. Everything handled so smoothly and professionally by Mike, we could not be more pleased and we highly recommend him for when you decide to buy a vehicle. We had looked at other dealerships and found that some of them do not tell you the price of the vehicle, only the payments. Solomon Chevrolet doesnt do this, they dont try to hide things from you..the price is plainly stated and they work to find all discounts and incentives to offer you. Saved us quite a bit of money!

John Sistrunk was very helpful when my parents came in to buy a new car. He helped them find the exact one they wanted, even though the car was located at another facility. He got it here for them in a very short amount of time. When it is time for me to update my impala I will definitely be coming to see John. Couldnt have asked for a more kind man. Especially since most car salesman make me want to run for the hills. John made to experience enjoyable for all involved.

I Ray Dyck had one of the best service experiences ever with the Solomon Body Repair Shop. John the manager was so hornest and up front, as was the rest of the staff that I came in contact with. All of this excellent service and patience and my car was totaled by my insurance company. They stood with me every step of the way. These gentlemen are an asset to your company. I cant say THANK YOU enough. If I ever have to use a Body Shop in Dothan, Iknow where to go.

Caine specifically always gives me the best recommendations and the vehicle has been running great ever since. Top notch guys over in the service center. I drove from Atlanta to buy a new Corvette from Solomon. It was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. They did not try to up-sell me, sell me anything extra, or hassle me in any way. I financed through them because their interest rate was 1/2% less than I could find on my own. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

John Sistrunk was very helpful when I bought my trail blazer a few years back. He also went above and beyond to help my mother and father-in-law get the car they wanted. He is always willing to answer questions I may have and if he doesnt know the answer he will find it out as soon as he can.
