I would not recommend that anyone buy anything from these people. We were sold a car, assured everything was in working order, then two days later it rains and our car is completely flooded! After 3 weeks of calling and going by the car lot, we are told they will take care of it, it is their mistake, and well have our vehicle back in a week or so. This was August 12th. I call and they tell me its almost finished, I should be able to pick it up less than 4 days after I drop my car off, Im ecstatic! My husband calls, they havent even started on it. This goes on. I call them again Monday, and they tell me its in the shop, should be finished Friday (today!). I call and they tell me that now I have to buy a top for it and they will pay to have it installed, which is NOT what was agreed to when I dropped my car off. I am beyond disgusted with this place and if at all possible I would just get my $1500 back and buy something else. If we hadnt been misled in the beginning by being assured the top was good, it didnt leak, we never would have bought this car. It has been nothing but a hassle. The loaner car (the first one) was completely useless. It died twice while I was at work, once having to be jumped for more than an hour before it would start. Then, on my way to make my payment on a car I dont even have, it overheated and died! This is when they assured me that my car would be finished soon! I also had to argue with the people to get a registration for the first loaner car and something saying it is a loaner and I dont have insurance on it. I still havent gotten any documentation for the second loaner car. Im just so fed up!!!

I would not recommend buying a car here either, my child got burnt with steaming hot grease and I was behind on everything. So therefore I was 9 days behind on my second payment after paying 1600 dollars down they said when they came and got the car I owed taxes well i didnt understand how I owed taxes. So they take the car any way and my 14 month old baby had to be in cinncinatti shrinners every Friday this happened this Thursday may 12, 2016 and the ladies in the office was so so rude to my pregnant wife we told them i was gonna pay the payment that Thursday well apparently I live and hour away and that was there reason to come get that car. The ladies in the office said that our baby being burnt wasnt there problem. I said I understand that they must understand so instead of taking 500 dollars to keep that car they took it anyway. Really would not recommend buying a car there the rudist crookedist car dealer Ive ever seen

I Bought A 09 Impala There & Have Had Some Many Problems Out Of The Car THE DAY I TOOK IT OFF THE CAR LOT , Not Too Mention I Make WEEKLY Payments There Hoping To Get The Car Paid Off Quicker But , One Week I Would Owe $85.00 On The Car , Then The Next Week I Would Go In To Pay Them I "Supposedly" Owed Them $550.00 . . The Staff There Are Rude & Dont Work With You At All . . I Wouldnt Recommend Buying A Car From This Place
