Bob and Jacob are 2 of the best people to deal with I have ever met in the used car business. We have purchased several vehicles from them and have always been treated fairly, got a great deal and been happy with our purchase. They are not just interested in pushing out cars in volume to make money, they are genuinely concerned for their customers after the sale. We purchased a Toyota from them a few years back and it ended up having engine problems within the first month. They stood behind their sale, did the best to get the problem resolved to our satisfaction and when they were unable to find an equitable solution, they put us in another car of our choosing. I have also heard from others that have went back to them after a sale with a problem that they were not obligated to take care of, but they did to keep a happy customer and a good reputation. They definitely have both of those with us. The local Ford dealer tried to undercut us on a trade in offering us less than half of our cars value, but when we went to Groce auto, they gave us more than a fair value on our car and we ended up getting a newer, fully loaded vehicle for about the same money for a much lesser car from Ford. We highly recommend dealing with this fine business establishment.

Jacob gross did a great job for me as his father did for my father. When my father died he left me a truck which is not the ideal vehicle for me Jacob allowed me to trade in the truck, find a better vehicle for me, and waited very patiently as the insurance funding panned out. You should give Groce Auto Sales your business

Super easy non hassle family business. They will go above and beyond to earn your business
