I had an appointment last week at their office and the customer service was horrific! I waited in an exam room for over an hour and the nurses there were rude! The lady that took me back to the exam room was very rude and had poor hygiene. Nobody wanted to help me and the doctor was on his phone using profane language in the corridor the entire time I was waiting. I wouldnt recommend him to anyone. I was a new patient and wont be back. I thought all the commericals on the radio said Dr. David Malitz was the best? He wasnt when I saw him,very disappointing.

I got my LASIK done there by Dr. Malitz and the results turned out very good, however, the office staff is very unprofessional. Besides two older male doctors, the other staff consists of girls between the ages of 18-30 who are not very friendly. I had to wait 3 hours in the waiting room, they tried to perform the wrong eye procedure at first, and then they didnt give me the necessary eye drops and eye kit afterwards. I was very unhappy with the service received.

What a great experience! My first visit here and I actually enjoyed every minute. Very courteous staff all the way around...especially the red head Victoria! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while waiting. Thank you for the coffee too!

POOR HOURS, how do you have time to get off work at 4 and be there by 5 clock? When your work an hour away? I got there around 4:55 pm and the doors are locked up..
