My friend highly recommended me this place. When both myself and my wife needed new glasses frames, this was the first place I want to stop by. We entered the shop and everything was new and clean. Over 100 choices of the beautiful frames are ready to pick. However, a girl was helping a customer, two of the salesmen are happily chatting to each other and no one came to ask what we need. I did have a couple of questions to ask but there was no way to interrupt their conversation. Thats just so rude. Another lady seemed have the same issue and asked me if I was working there. I said no. After we wondering around about 10mins helplessly, we left the store. No one approached to ask what we need through the entire time. Didnt get a chance to enjoy their service.

The glasses are very durable and fashionable... so why 2 out of 5 stars? I noticed that I started to have headaches and this is because of the inaccuracy of the PD measurements set for the lenses... (their measurement test is basically putting a credit card under the nose and taking a picture and theyll determine where the pupil is). So i decided to call them and literally was told to call a hour later since they were short on staff... fine... I called a hour later and they are STILL short on staff... then I call the next day and they are STILL SHORT ON STAFF... come on... get some more employees if you cant keep up with the demand. I need to get this fixed already... Pat.

Both myself and my girlfriend have been to this location on separate occasions and we each had a terrific experience! It definitely had a lot to do with the gentleman that, as luck may have it, helped us both. Sergio adjusted the frames on a pair of Persol sunglasses that I had just purchased elsewhere, and did a way better job than the people at Sunglass Hut the day before. He also did an amazing job fitting my girlfriends eyeglasses. He was courteous and professional and fit my glasses perfectly. All this and didnt charge me a dime! Highly recommend this spot!

Purchased a pair of eyeglasses on line, the fit was horrible. Happened to be in the area and walked in without an appointment. They were able to accommodate me on the spot. The optometrist was so pleasant. He evaluated the problem and then completely reshape and fitted my frames to my face in less than five minutes. The fit is now perfect and I finally love my new glasses. This Warby Parker location did a much better and more efficient job than my previous brick and motor local eye provider. Thank you!!

Very affordable on trend frames and prescription lenses (including sunglasses), almost everything is below $100 with special lenses being the exception. If you get the chance stop in and try everything on.
