The entire staff was great! I had a unique situation where I messed up during the eye examination. Dr. Bertucci was great at seeing me again to make sure I (CERTAINLY not him) picked the lens that looked the best for me. It was also discovered that the frames I picked were not the best size for me. The subsequent visits, adjustments, new glasses and check-ups were done without cost. Kelly, Tina, the technician (Im sorry for forgetting your name sir) were absolutely wonderful and patient with me - despite the fact that I fully admit that I am a high maintenance customer. I would absolutely recommend THIS Highland Visionworks for anyone in the market for new glasses, contacts, etc.

Although my insurance wasnt accepted here I completed an eye exam which was only $20. They also have a nice selection of glasses and prescription sunglasses. The doctor was very nice and informative, he had no problem expressing his concern for my eye health. Great experience for me

Staff nice and friendly-EXTREMELY RUDE DR. His name was Dr Bertucci, please spare yourself any headaches. Has a chip on his shoulder and doesnt listen to the patient, seems immediately defensive when asking questions and is quick to interrupt and not even answer the question.
