There are about 8 people waiting and only 1 person working. Apparently the "manager" left knowing he had 1 employee working and already 4 people waiting. There are people who are very upset and have been waiting more than an hour. I have a very simple request that will take only a minute to ring up and I imagine Ill be hear all day. Not a very good manager... I feel sorry for the staff. I have been a manager at several companies and under many district managers. None would be ok with me leaving in this kind of situation. I have also never been ok with staff leaving in this kind of situation unless they cleared with me prior that they had something scheduled. This is not good for the company. Never seen this at a lens Crafters been going here exclusively for over 25 years and more frequently since needing glasses regularly for the last 17 years.
