We had a great customer service experience in store. Our couch was supposed to be delivered (for a $100 fee) five days after we bought it. The day of delivery was a no call, no show. When I called Customer Service to ask about where my couch was, I got sent to voicemail four times. Only when I pressed 1 for Sales (instead of 2 for Customer Service), was my call acknowledged. I was told that my order was never scheduled for delivery. So if I hadnt called, it would just be sitting in the warehouse until further notice? I was refunded the $100 delivery fee, but was told it would take two more days to be delivered. Since this was the stores admitted mistake, you think they would make every effort possible to get the furniture to me ASAP. When you make a big purchase like furniture, you expect top notch customer service up until the job is complete and the furniture is set up in your home. The last and most crucial part in my customer experience has been a failure. We had plans of going back for the matching loveseat and a coffee table. But I do not think we will be returning back to Dock 86.

After being frustrated with the sales barnacles at other furniture stores who follow you around and dont let you browse in peace, I was dreading the continuation of bedroom furniture shopping. I walked into Dock 86 in Rogers today and upon entering the mattress department met Curtis who asked if he could help me, when I told him I was just looking he said great I will let you look and if you have any questions I will be over here ready to answer them. After being able to look around and try out mattresses on my own I had questions for Curtis that he was ready to answer. I left the store today after ordering my new mattress, box spring and bed set. Thanks for making my furniture shopping experience end on a Great note. I will definitely be back for the next room of my house.

Very organized store with a huge collection. I loved how we were welcomed by the staff there. I was looking for an affordable ,durable sectional for our family room & found one that I truly loved with the help of Mike Schroeder. He greeted us at the door and was very patient and cheerful all the time. I got my sectional delivered on time&installed. I would absolutely go there again for future purchases . huge collection, warm helpful staff & you get some delicious cookies at the end! overall a very nice experience.

Prices are decently competitive, that Ive seen outside the metro at least. Its quite the experience, it being attached to Hom Furniture, which have some good cookies and fountain drinks to enjoy. The amount of time that can slip by while there, the kids get something for patience if they have any! Check the place out, they have a big selection!

Ordered a desk, a shelf, 2 recliners, an end table and a bar stool. Paid extra for it to be put together and delivered. Driver dropped off the desk and shelf in boxes- not put together. And one recliner is missing- which is now on back order, even though at time of purchase I was assured I would have both. WIll never buy from this company again.

Great service from start to finish! I expected to find a good selection of furniture, and I did. Ive worked in the delivery industry and I know the problems that come with delivering large items to a home. I was very surprised at how smoothly the delivery went. I had such a great overall experience with these guys!
