Slumberland hum where do I start well let me say I went in there and found something that I liked so I purchased and a few days realized that it was too big even before I was to pick it up mind you I paid the taxes in full and to finance the rest,so I went back and told the sales lady Kim I needed to select something else all in the mean time every time someone came through the door she left me to see what they were looking for trying to attend to them in the mean time I see something that I liked but then was told she would call me on 3/2/17 before she could give me a pick up date when my first order would have been ready for 2/28/17 so I would have to wait damn near another week or so. I told her to cancel the whole thing and she kept trying to tell me I could only get a store credit how is that when I hadnt even paid for anything other then taxes and I cant even get that back. Went into another slumberland and the guy looked my in the face twice and would not even ask if I needed help but asked several other people if they needed help. In other words I will never step in side another slumberland if they were paying me or giving anything away. They are a mess. They dont deserve 1star

Went in Wed. B4 labor day. Bought a mattress and a dining set. Was told I would have the bed Sat. and the rest in a week. Wed. came and nothing! Was told I would have to wait a whole nother week for the table and the bed since the delivery guys "forgot it". So when all was said and done..had to go pick up the bed myself (even though they charged me two diff delivery charges!) and am STILL waiting another WEEK for my table! Will never go there again and will recommend that NO ONE ELSE does either! Its a waste of time and money!

After a horrible experience at American Furniture Mart, we decided to look here for our couch and table. We had such amazing help from the sellers her and even the assistant manager gave us a discount on our table! We took it home that same day! Beautiful furniture Nd reasonable prices. Definitely check them out. Usually the place is empty and I have no idea why but it certainly was an advantage for us! So happy with my new table, definitly coming back and recommending to others!

My experience with this place was horrible I bought a sectional couch from there July 2015 and the cushions are ripping underneath and so is the material they refuse to fix it due to the fact they only have a 1 year warranty and the extended warranty wont help either so Im stuck with ripped furniture that is not cause from anything other than just sitting on it its not one cushion its all of them plz dont shop there they definitely dont care about their customers!!!!

Went in to "look" over the weekend, had a great experience AND bought my first tempur pedic mattress....not expecting that. Bought it to help with my bad back, poor sleep patterns and because we had a good customer experience - both Kim and Terry (hope I remembered his name right) were beyond excellent. Customer service didnt stop when I swiped my card- terry packaged everything like new and helped load it into my truck. Thanks folks and Im loving the bed.

Justin helped us find a new power recliner and queen bed. Extremely happy with how he helped us, focussing on what we needed vs a need to upsell (like most other places we went to that day), and were very happy with our choices.

Wasnt bad, wasnt good. Selection was ok and there was a lot of furniture in the walking areas towards the back. Products range from decent to "as is" condition.
