My wife is 31 years old and has terminal cancer, she has a very limited diet and fail in love with a certain product from the Publix Bakery, this item is a fall special and went out of season. The staff was super polite helped me track down items at other locations, until they ran out as well. My wife was very disappointed, so I called the corp office, and within just a few days the store manager called to let me know that they had shipped out the product just for my wife and they were waiting for us in the bakery. Im so very thankful, for the entire staff from the bakery, store manager, to the corp office you guys are amazing. My family thanks you!!

I was greeted with a smile ,the employees were able to help me as i was in a rush,not only did i have a few laughs with the cashiers i was alsi asked if i needed help to the car, usually i say no,but today i was rushing last minute school lunches, so i said yes he was friendly and fast at unloading ,I think his Nane was Youpli,or somrhing tall handsome young man, very polite, and he said no he couldnt except a tip so hetes my tip for him great job .you were my hero for the the 15 mins it tool me to get home.Thanks LeeAnn

Go down to the Bartram Publix near I-95 instead. You could also go over to the San Jose Publix by I-295 instead. This Publix is terrible, Ive been offered sub-par service by every department here. I am starting to think that the other two Publix stores send their Downer Employees here so they can keep all of the infuriating people in one location, leaving the other two adjacent locations to keep the good employees.

I walk up to the deli counter with nobody in line knowing exactly what I wanted, and the girl behind the counter asks the guy who walked up behind me three seconds later how she could help him like I wasnt even there. The poor service, dyslexic layout, and constantly out of stock items is why I usually drive out of my way to Bartram or Julington Creek.

I do not like the new layout of the store. I cant ever find what I am looking for and the layout does not make sense. Why is the bakery on the other side of the pharmacy and you have house cleaning products between food on either side. Goofy.

Best publix in Mandarin. Online orders are always filled on time or before and their shelves are always fully stocked. There is always someone willing to bag my groceries and help me out!

Oldest Publix in Mandarin, but doesnt look dated except the deli is in back corner. Almost never go down all the non-food aisles in center of store.
