this is my store. the pharmacy is great, produce and frozen mgrs. are helpful. todays shopping experience was not what I would call carefree. today was the first day of the digital coupons , and had signed up at home before shopping. but, at checkout was denied my special savings. the cashier was very nice and tried to help but we couldnt make it work. as a customer service rep. I offered to take this to the customer service desk to avoid a long and frustrated line for her. at the desk I was expecting to have the discount taken off my bill and be happily on my way. smart phone to the rescue...so I was told. their Internet wasnt working. eventually I was told that the coupons actually have to be downloaded, well duh, I must have overlooked that line. still I expected to have the discount honored in good faith, but was told no. Im now frustrated at the level of service this time, and the value I have, as a customer to acme.

The gentleman at the Service Counter, Tanner (I think that is his name) was very good in transacting a cash situation. I had given him a $20.00 bill and then said "I only need the $6.00 change and to keep the 4 cents (my total was $3.96) and he promptly said "$16.00 change". Many times the attendant/cashier will hear what the customer said and end up giving them the incorrect change. He was on the ball and I told him that he was exceptional in dealing with cash transactions. I do accounting (duh!) but keeping books is not working with actual cash. That is a special talent he has. Cake so bad its actually academically interesting. For real... buy one. Even the most low-rent boxed cake is edible. But theirs (keeping in mind I was in the Infantry and ate army food) was border-line inedible. Yeah... I ate it. But in sincere amazement that you could screw up a cake this badly. So... go to Giant Eagle. Get a good cake. Then go to Acme and get the, "Life Experience," cake so at dinner parties you can talk about your trip to Moscow and the fact you suffered an Acme cake.

So much for advertised price. 2 day sale on ice cream has restrictions on what kind but doesnt say anything about it in the ad only until you wait to get there and its posted on the door in the ice cream aisle what a big waste of a trip . Floors look beat up big scuff marks and and in very poor condition needs a little bit of renovation in this place .

They have a decent craft beer, wine, and liquor selection. But pretty much bet on having to wait for the clerk having to wait on an adult to run your alcohol. I like that they hire young kids but it rarely seems like there are adults around. I dont shop here for food, but it seems like they have your normal selection of groceries.

Nice convenient sized store . You can maneuver through it quickly if you just need a few things . Reasonably priced clean and they will pack your groceries and if you need help taking them to your car they will do this too .

You have to have an acme card or you pay through the roof, I wont return here I just came in for two items when I saw the prices I wanted to return them but I was already inside the store so I just chalked it up as a loss

I like this Supermarket and their Pharmacy both. Whenever I need a prescription, I can do my shopping and pick up my prescription very fast. This grocery store is clean, and their employees are very friendly.

A great grocery store and locally owned chain. Way better than Giant Eagle. Great beer, wine,and liquor store inside. Good prices and short lines with helpful staff. The way grocery stores should be.

Staff is always attentive and nice. I also love the pharmacy department! All the staff there is excellent and they know me by name and grab my prescriptions as I head up to the counter!

Convenient location. Well lit parking. Slightly lower prices than giant eagle. Produce same quality as marcs just costs more. Sushi at the deli is fresh and delicios.
