Normally the service here is good but today the young lady with the glasses (she is the youngest person that works in the deli) at the deli was rude. I asked if I could place 3 orders of cold cuts and cheese while I shop for produce across the deli. I could tell that she did not like that and told me that if I want another order then Ill have to stay so I said thats it and Ill just be by the produce section. I finished my produce shopping and went back to the deli, she was just finishing up my first order. She slaps the cold cut on the counter without acknowledging my presence. She does this 2 more times and I said thank you and she just proceeded to walk away. I should have said something right there and then but was afraid I would loose my temper. It so happens that she is the one on duty at the time that I go to winn-dixie. I think Ill drive a little more to go to Publix because not only does Publix has better quality meat, they also have great customer service.

Do yourself a favor, and ignore all the idiotic reviews on here that have nothing to do with the actual store. This location is great. Its actually one of the nicest Winn-Dixies in the area. They have a fantastic deli, fresh baguettes every day, and friendly staff. The only thing I would like to see improve is the produce section. It looks nice, with the new wood-finish floors, but the selection needs to expand. Theres a lot of empty space in that section. With Fresh Market just down the road, WD needs to step up its produce game.

One cashier open and one in service desk area. Had one customer in front of us with several behind us and the cashier pulled till and left. We waited 30 min before someone came to wait on us. While the store managers on duty seemed to care less that there were long lines and no service. Walking around with hands in their pockets, laughing aaand joking with other employees. Had it not been on our way to the hotel and we had not already shopped we would have gone elsewhere .

Management and employees either not trained properly or not hiring the right people. As I entered the store prior to closing, there was 4 to 5 employees just sitting in the chairs and couch, "kicking back". One cashier and had to call the manager twice. I have seen this in the Sanford location as well. Publix seems to have better trained staff attending to the customers need. I will never shop at Win Dixie again.

The way your employees leave parking lot is reckless. Young lady (late teens?) Dark hair in a silver Chrysler Pacifica with jaguar plates at 630pm on 10/20 did not stop at stop sign and rolled thru it at roughly 10 mphs. Nearly stuck my vehicle in the process. Continued her reckless driving onto Lake Mary Blvd not stopping at that stop sign either. To Publix from now on.

Just shopped here for the first time the other day and cant believe its taken me so long to get here. This place is alot better than publix. They have a nice variety of foods. I havent tried the deli yet although everything looked good. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely continue shopping here.

You can always find what youre looking for with relative ease, unless you are looking for jalapeno pepperoni, why does everyone have to get rid of my jalapeno pepperoni? Really though other than that this is a fantastic place to shop.

Wonderful (and beautiful) store with quite appealing hot, ready to go food choices. Terrific bakery, deli and cheese shop. Friendly, attentive staff. Nice to have a different alternative to Publix; competition is a good thing.

They have remodeled this store and it is nice. They have a very nice deli and the warm food is pretty good. They do a nice slice of prime rib with side for like $10 on Wednesday (I think) and it is very good for the price.

This store has exceptional customer service the employees have been there for years and remember you name. Selection is just as good as Albertsons and Publix! Only one thing missing and thats the Boars Head meats.

The canned stuff and non perishable items and soda is fine. Going there for the deals obviously they arent going to have award winning personalities. Look at the cliental we are going there for savings.

Winn-Dixie in Lake Mary absolutely rocks. If youre not shopping here, youre probably throwing your money out the window. Not to mention, I completely enjoy the HUGE gas perks i get each month.
