I was surprised by a beautiful and unique diamond ring from Simon D for my 50th birthday about a year and half ago. I came by the store today to have Simon check out my ring where one of the smaller stones had come loose. Within 3 hours,I received a call that my ring was repaired and cleaned. Simon and Danielle have an incredible selection of unique and beautiful jewelry and watches. Along with this incredible selection,you can not match the superb customer service you receive from them. Flawless Customer Service and Excellent Jewelry. I have been to Simon D. Fine Jewelry on numerous occasions for jewelry repair, watch battery replacement, and fittings. Recently I purchased a watch as a graduation gift for my son. Simon and Daniella are always completely patient and customer focused. My decision took time, and there was never pressure or impatience. What a joy it was to get an amazing ring for my fiancée. They worked with me and helped me to custom design a ring (from scratch!) for her. I said "I want diamonds here" and they built it.
