The man who appraised my Rolex for purchase decided that the timepiece was not something he needed at the appraised value given to me at two other jewelry stores of good reputation in the metro area. He made it clear he had no interest in the timepiece in an arrogant manner and continued by speaking ill of the other two stores that I mentioned to him. He claimed that he had done business with one of the other stores and that they were wrong in their assessment. I immediately left this store and visisted the other store and they honored their initial appraisal of $1,000.00 more for the watch. Conversation of other stores or individuals did not come up in our pleasant transaction. I am in sales and value good customer service and I believe that if there is no interest in a deal that there are pleasant ways to go about that conversation. There is no need to make oneself and business appear better by badmouthing. Its a turnoff and incredibly unprofessional in a luxury setting.

For my 33 wedding anniversay, my husband purchased me a new engagement ring. We shopped all the "name brand" jewelers but found exactly what I wanted at Carnegie. They carried settings that I could not find anywhere else, and I looked! Kourosh and his staff were so helpful and gave us the best price of even the big name Buckhead jewelers. Everyone went out of their way to provide exceptual customer service and still to this day, a year later, they are providing great service. I have recommended Carnegie to my friends and family, they made a special day for me even better. Thanks Carnegie!!

my fiancee took her engagement ring in to get re sized and a get a diamond replaced. they charged us double what we found out most places charge to replaces diamonds. they chipped the sapphire in her ring and they re size the ring the wrong size and she had to go in and get them to do it again, which they did (after she, myself, and my mother all called and talked to them and they laughed at us on the phone and hung up on us all), but a few weeks later her ring split where they re sized it.

Its started with a simple chain repair a few years back, and then watch batteries and small gift items. I bought my Diamond Engagement ring from Carnegie about 2 months ago, they were very clear and straight forward and knowledgeable. I did look around to compare their price and I am very happy with my big purchase and they really deserve a five star comment. She is proud of her ring as well. Thanks Carnegie Jewelry
