I used to love this store until recently I heard of how they treat their customers. They accuse people of stealing when they didnt. The two young women were embarrassed and harassed by the management and employees. They both even offered to empty out their bags, pockets, ect to prove they did not take anything. Then when they proved they didnt have anything the manager followed them outside and continued to harass them saying "its protocol" when anyone who works in retail knows you do not follow people outside, you call the authorities. And the young women even offered to call the cops themselves and have them search their person and the vehicle but the manager said it wasnt necessary. Well if its not necessary to do that then why is it necessary to follow them to the car? Needless to say that will never receive my business ever again and I will make sure all my friends and family know to never go there. Im disgusted with them.

I used to love this store as it has nice clothes and jewelry. However, after recently hearing about two friends of mine being publicly harassed and accused of stealing I have since changed my mind. The manager failed to call authorities when the two customers insisted and complied. Overall I am disgusted that a long time standing store such as this would even accuse two customers publicly of stealing when they complied to all they asked of them and base their accusation on lack of knowledge of their inventory. The associate couldnt even describe the missing item and could only say that something is missing. There was a huge amount of disrespect and embarrassment. This store will no longer have my business due to the fact of how the situation was handled poorly by the manager of the store. This place of business needs to consider restructuring their policies and management.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TALLAHASSEE and even worse management or should I say there lack of. If you are looking to be harassed and wrongfully profiled by associates then look no further! Never in my life have I been followed around a store by a so called "manager" making sure I didnt steal anything, even going as far as to trying to take items out of my hand that I picked out to purchase... I work at a fine jewelry store where items start at $500 and I would never come close to treating a customer as horrible as I was. Wish I could give less than one star because they deserve much less

I am so sad that I can only give 5 stars. This place is amazing, the staff is awesome!!! The owner (unfortunately I cant remember her name) is just like everyone else. The only bad thing is that they help you spend way too much. haha If you havent been here, get your over there. You wont be disappointed!!

This place is just so magical. Their jewelry is so unique and the employees treat you as friends, always so welcoming and nice. This is by far, my favorite store in Tallahassee, and if I ever leave, Ill definitely come back just to find some special piece of jewelry at Quarter Moon.
