Bought my lovely Mrs a set of $1100 earrings but this didnt include the taxes and an extra $100 for the warranty(includes having the stems replaced with screw-on type). I was pretty excited about the gift for my wife but when Christmas finally arrived and she opened her gift. She ran upstairs to put them on and a few minutes later comes walking down the stairs with this almost in tears look and stated,You are going to be mad at me?!... The freshly installed screw-on stem had broken off the base. It looked as if there wasnt even a weld point on the base? Luckily this happened where the diamond/base could be found? So I waited a few days to allow myself to calm down. Take them back and get some time to chat with Jerry about what happened. He apologized, said he would fix it and I simply asked for a call back from whomever did the welding to get an apology from them as not to sound over dramatic. This person ruined my Christmas. I never got that call. The earrings were fixed. I went in to get them with my receipt and simply stated I wanted my money back. I am sure I would have loved how the earrings looked on my wife but with her having to worry about them falling off again and me remembering the look on her face when she came down the stairs Christmas morning was simply not worth it. Im not mad at anybody there, I am sure this isnt the what they wanted either? So... My point is; please check the stems of your earrings before you leave the store.

Customer service is horrible. Have made trips to pick up merchandise after being called and it wasnt ready. Gas is too expensive to make these kinds of mistakes. I am also dissappointed in the cleaning service. I have had our jewelry, which was purchased there, cleaned and lightly buffed for free for the last 11 years. Now they charge $9.99 to lightly buff each item.

These are a great group of people, who are very friendly. Although they can be very proactive to sell you something at times, they are extremely helpful and point out great options. Ashley has always been our favorite and was extremely helpful, she took the time to actually know us - even though I dont think she is there anymore.
