***Brian Sehnert & Pete Petrovic*** WOW! What an exceptional experience I just had at Vyletel VW in Sterling Heights. Im blown away with the professionalism and helpfulness of the service staff members. I must say that Im impressed with how I was handled and treated by first the service manager Brian Sehnert and then his Technician Pete Petrovic. Pete was asked to give me a helping hand when looking at my 2001 VW Golf. After experiencing nothing but nightmares looking for GOOD service center that could help me with my issue on my 2001 Golf I ended up at Vyletel VW. At the VW dealership I had the best dealership experience in a long time regarding of service or sales. To be honest the dealership was the last place I wanted to take my car because of time and money, But it turned out that I should have gone to the dealership all along. I will always recommend going to Vyetel VW in Sterling Heights and visting the service department (Brian Sehnert) and giving a shout out to Pete the service Tech. Thanks for all you help, You are by far one of the best service departments in the state. Tight ship and well lead.

Their sales hide important information from the customers. I bought a Golf from this dealer in 2011. The car was sold to me as a new car, but Ive recently found that there was another owner before me. The sales manager told me the car will have 3-year and 30k miles warranty from the day I bought it, but the warranty actually started when the previous owner bought this car. This information was hidden well and never communicated to me. I love German engineering but I doubt Ill ever buy a car from VW dealer again.

Do not go to Vyletel volkswagen theyre the worst. A used car salesmen name Sebastian Stellino told us that we need $6000 down on a 2012 VW CC lol A 14000 car. we wanted to trade are 2012 Cruz in for it and thats what he told us. My wife and I went to a Mercedes dealership in St Clair Shores and was looking at a 2011 s550 and to drive that off the lot all we need was $2000 down and that car cost $33000, this guy does not no what he is doing what so ever oh well their lost

Run by liars and idiots. My dad took his Bug in for maintenance and without his permission they changed his personalized plate frame to a Vyletel frame. When he noticed a couple days later he called and they said they couldnt find his frame & probably threw it out. WHO DOES THAT??? He asked why didnt they at least put his frame in the trunk and the employee at Vyletel had no response. Hacks. They steal things off your car!!!!!

This place sucks dont do their job right they break your car instead of fixing it they try to make u spend more money I spent 900 dollars and my car is the same same problem nothing fixed, they also took my antifreeze tube off and then when I went to confront them they simple just connected it back when originally it was going to be more money worst dealership every dont come here save yourself money and your car!!!!

We are probably not going to lease the Encore because of the price and will probably go used. But I want to say Skip was very friendly, helpful and didnt seem pushy at all. Thanks for your help Skip! Skip also pulled up the lease prices fast so we knew he wasnt pulling a fast one like the Chrysler and Chevy dealers were down the road. Avis Ford was also able to pull up lease prices right away.

I have been to Vyletel multiple times and the staff have proven themselves very knowledgeable. Their facilities are top notch and their product of course is outstanding. I am looking forward to seeing their new showroom later this summer. I am sure if you are looking for a VW, Buick or GMC truck - you will be very happy with Vyletel.

Friendly staff only thing is they over charge by a mile, and somehow to manage taking 2 hour jobs and making them 8 hours jobs its ridiculous I will never recommend Volkswagen and if they do never this dealer ship
