I was sold a lemon used car and financed by credit acceptance. When I say lemon... I went to the used car lot at Suburban Ford on Van Dyke in Sterling Heights and the Ford Taurus I had was trash. The engine light came on 6 DAYS after I got it. I was 20 and young and excited to have a car and they certainly took advantage of that. Credit acceptance were the ones who financed that ridiculous car. It was repod because Lost my job and even after attempting to make payment arrangements I was sent to collections and forced to deal with this ridiculous excuse of a business called Jason KAtz Attorneys office. Mind you, even when the car was sold at auction, it only sold for $500, this is the same vehicale that Credit Acceptance tried to tell me I owed almost $11,000 on at the time. . I have had the hardest time receiving assistance with these people. Word of advice, If you ever get garnished by Jason Katz and they come after you, please know that their entire system is set up for you to fail. Even setting up payment arrangements means nothing, they will still come after you, even when you are actively trying to pay your responsibilities.. They only allow mailed in payments, so God forbid the mail takes one too many days to get your payment in, and boom you are garnished again. And getting help from the reps is impossible. They will repeatedly tell you that they cannot help you, or disclose any information about your case, yet take your money and ask for your social security number. I am currently filing for bankruptcy because then I will never have to deal with them ever again. I refuse to pay for that awful vehicle and I let everyone I know know about these companies. They dont care if you have small kids to feed, they dont care if you have rent to pay and the garnishments are nearly causing you to be kicked out on the street with your small kids, they dont care if you are barely making it.... And I couldnt find one lawyer who could help me sue them for selling me a lemon back in 2010 and harassing me all these years. I wish I could give 0 stars

Clasic bait and switch. I call to set up an appointment to look at 2012 Malibu and then stay in contact with them before I leave for my hour long drive there to make sure that the car is still there. When I get there the person I was told to meet with was not there. So I talk to another sales rep. This sales rep tells me that the car had been sold just before I got there and that I would have to look for another one. So he instantly test to sell a 2011 Malibu with 2000 more miles on it then the 2012 that is also $1000 more. I told him I didnt want it. He insisted that I atlest look at it. He went to get the carcentury even though I still told him I didnt want it. So I asked for the manager. When talking to the manager I found a 2013 malibu that seemed reasonable. It was I bit more then what I wanted to spend but I was going to make a deal IF he would have worked with me. I asked how much he could bring it down. He walked away to see what he could do and came back with an offer for $500 less. really! The car that they sold off from under me they took $2000+ off from it. Dont slap me in the face when you do me wrong. Wouldnt recommend this place at all. Dirty sales all over. Only excuse was that they sell to many cars.

Do not buy from here! I was a sucker who easily gave up on looking at used cars so I went here and bought a used fusion with about 50k miles on it. Within 3k miles I learned it had an oil leak. The under side of the car has a fabric liner that covers the bottom of the engine. To remove the liner there was about 10 screws and a couple clips. The liner held a lot of the oil but by the time it had leaked out to show up on my driveway to let me know there was a problem it was too late. Went to the ford dealer to find out it wasnt covered. While I was in there waiting there were a lot of other customers in there with various types of Fords that all had the oil leak problem. The mechanic told me it is a fairly common problem they see a lot of. Im out $6,000 for out of pocket repairs. I hope someone takes the time to read this and I hope you make a wiser choice than I did. After these guys got paid for the car they wouldnt help me at all and even asked me to leave the property for telling my story to potential buyers. Suburban ford and suburban used cars are very very shady business operators. Be careful if you decide to purchase a Ford anything.

called and booked an appointment for Saturday 3pm for one of the vehicles in their lot. it was ok no problem. then another salesmen calls me from the same place and I told them I had an appointment already to be shown the vehicle and he said cool see you Saturday. then the next day a lady calls me from same place to try and book an appointment and I told her I already had one she ok see you Saturday. should have figure out from this confusion that they didnt have good communication in their system nor courtesy to customers we drove two hundred miles I mean 200 hundred miles to go see the vehicle. then we get there and it takes 15minutes for the salesman (mike) to show up and he apologizes and takes us to his desk then had the energy to say the vehicle was sold an hour ago then changes to oh they just took it to auction. it was so sad I felt extremely bad. this guys dont care about the customer they will waste your time for nothing take your money elsewhere where they will appreciate you.

I dont even know what just happened. Completely appalled. I dont know if management piles multiple buyers onto one salesperson, or if its a free for all, but the lack of organization- shouting over clients, handling multiple clients at one time, asking me if Im buying a car that I have not even seen yet , nor have any information on, and asking me every few minutes if i have made up my mind yet , when i havent even been introduced to the dealership! Then told to go outside and look at vehicles myself, with no assistance, as i tote my 2 screaming toddlers by myself. Please, do not act put-out when I pack my kids up and leave. I was ready to pay cash for the right vehicle. Until i was treated like absolute trash. I wouldnt buy a car from them if they offered it to me for $1. Complete waste of my time and an unnecessary trip for my family. I traveled from Livonia to be treated like nothing. NEVER HAVE I EVER. . . . !!!!!!!!!!

We called earlier in the day to set up an appointment to see one specific car. We drove an hour out of our way to come and see it, all while communicating with them along the drive. Sometime just before we had gotten there, they sold the car. Once we got there, the person we were supposed to see would not even come up to meet us, we had to meet with someone else. He continually tried to push on us an older car with far more miles on it at a much higher price. When we told him for the third time that we did not want the older car, we asked to see a manager as well. When we asked to see a different car and asked what could be done for us given the situation, he told us he could only drop the price down no more than $500. Highly unimpressed. Manager and sales person are highly arrogant and unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend coming to this company to anyone. They give the classic "Bait and Switch."
