The staff at this ABC warehouse are so unprofessional today I went in to check out a TV that they had in there weekly ad at first I was approached by a gentleman who didnt even know what or which Tv I was talking about when we finally found the TV it looked pretty bad for a 4K TV and especially when the 4K tv next to it looked way better and I asked why that was to which the salesmans response was because the other TV was showing a 4K demo and the TV I was planning on buying was displaying a standard local channel to which I was asked if he could put on a demo on the TV I planned on buying to which his response was no I cant I dont have a remote and said if you need me I will be over there and walked over to his coworkers. Once I had made my decision that the TV wasnt for me, I walked over to the salesman to thank him for helping me to which he asked why I didnt plan on buying it, to which I stated that its hard to buy a TV when the channels you display are 480p that look awful on a 4K especially when every channel I have is displayed in 1080p and the fact that I cant compare 2 4Ks by each other because they look so different. To which the salesmen stated they are both 4K they will look the same, but do whatever you want its not my problem. And this isnt the first time I was mistreated at this location if you can, I would avoid this location the staff is rude and completely unprofessional.

Went to see about a side by side refrigerator,Once I found a side by side I liked, the salesman at the least found a extension cord and hooked up the side by side I was looking at, so I could see the full effect of the 1000 dollar purchase. However I was not granted credit, I had half of the money but could not do nothing with it. thats normal! The kicker is the next day my husband came with me and as they were filling out the paperwork. The same salesman! as yesterday. I asked if my husband could see the refrigerator plugged in. my suggestion was Ignored.[ example! would you like to buy a car and not hear or see it run.] The same sales man was rude had no smile for us, I tried to joke with him! nothing. I just found the whole place to have no motivation and I blame the management. Refrigerator just arrived I now realize that the salesman spent no time at all with me at anytime explaining the features of the frig. I just found out the neat features it has like if the door stays opened to long it goes into alarm. sorry but I just wanted to say this. Julie not aaron

My girlfriend and I came into ABC warehouse on Hall Road and unfortunately walked out empty handed due to the poor/lack of customer service we were given. When we walked in 5+ employees stood at the door talking, and not a single one took a split second to greet us. As we walked around looking for things to buy for our new apartment, we thought for sure someone would come talk to us about what we were looking for or interested in, nope. Yet again not a single employee came to talk to us. While looking at the living room set, 2-3 employees were sitting on the couch we were interested in and instead of giving us great customer service, they continued playing games on their phones! We walked around the whole store looking at everything they had to offer, and after 35-40 minutes of no one helping us, we walked out. Empty handed to say the least. Its hard to say if we will ever be back, its quite sad because they lost a huge sale because they couldnt take a second out of their day to help us.

I walked into this ABC Warehouse because of a neighbor recommendation. I walked in wanting to purchase a 55" backlit Samsung LED TV. The "salesperson" immediately went into Vinny Boombatz pitch mode pushing me into a 60" LG Plasma. I quickly noticed there was 10-12 on the floor, thus it was probably a mandate from his boss to move them. He tried telling me the picture was better than the LED next to it, which it clearly wasnt, and he then told me "its probably your eyes". Anyway, after deliberation, he told me this $1,999 TV could be mine today for the low, low price of $1,599. I told him I would shop the street (see: CostCo and Best Buy) and he told me I wont come back. He then said, "If you are serious, you will give me your number". Really? Really? Well, I went next door to CostCo...the EXAXT SAME 60" LG Plasma was on the floor for $1,299. I ended up buying a 58" Samsung Plasma at Best Buy for the same $1,299. What a joke of a store...

Purchased a remote start from the Troy store had to go to the Centerline store for installation, waited 3 hours for the installation, and now none of my interior lights work. Have called, been up there and always been told theyll call me cause they dont have time to fix it! Ive never received a call. I will NEVER recommended this place to anyone!!!! Theyre a bunch of morons who dont know how to install anything! Shouldve known when they said they were affiliated with Mickey Shore, theyve always had morons working there!!!!!!

Brad Hobbs is the best! Been shopping at ABC for 15 + years and hes the go to guy for great deals on T.V.s and electronics. I have bought well over 5 big screen T.V.s as well as amps, speakers, theater chairs, kitchen appliances and much more from Brad and have ALWAYS got a great deal. Ive bought stuff from him when he started at the Warren store many moons ago and will never go elsewhere as long as hes there. Hey Brad Ive got money to spend, lets get to work!

So I just recently had to replace 3 TV’s and decided to go with ABC Warehouse on Hall Rd. I had a great in-store experience. Its nice to go somewhere where you get the old school type of customer service that rarely exists in today’s internet world. They had a great selection and great deals. I will definitely be using ABC Warehouse from now on.

Got a great deal on a TV there. Guy knocked an extra $300 off a already $600 off TV. It was $300 cheaper than Amazon, best buy, or anywhere else, and this was a top of the line TV. After buying it, he threw in a $100 wall mount for the TV for free, which was awesome, he didnt even have to do that, cause I was buying the TV anyway

Ive been buying my appliances from Dave Letcavage for YEARS! Ive never found better prices or better service anywhere. Just saved my in-laws more than $1,500 vs Home Depot on a complete LG kitchen in black stainless. Talk to Dave!
