This is continually one of the worst dealerships I have ever visited. This makes the fourth time that this dealership has lost a sale due to the actions poor customer service of its sales people. On our second visit to speak to Andrew Fields we were talked down to the whole time and we were made very uncomfortable by their customer service. Mr fields was not knowledgable at all regarding subaru and as a multiple subaru owner that is immediate failure. When I questioned his knowledge we were asked to leave because we must not be serious about buying. We went to the Johnson City location and with in 3 hours purchased the same vehicle there. I want point out that Andrew Fields and the sales staff of Wallace Imports of Bristol are extremely rude and see to have no regard for the customers that are looking for a vehicle. On our past 3 visits it seemed like the associates cared about partying and mocking the customers when they are not looking. As we left Mr Fields and the sales writer were laughing at us and saying that we were not worth the time to deal with and they can make more money off the next customer. Well they lost it to Wallace of Johnson City. POOR POOR POOR POOR service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I walked into wallace imports to have some service done on my 2008 subaru. Out of pure curiosity I wandered into the showroom. Sales man Steve Sidell politely greeted me at the door. I explained to him my situation and that I was interested in a silver 2015 sti. Now they didnt have any on the lot but he told me to have a seat and wait a few minutes. I wasnt too optimistic at this point, knowing those vehicles are hard to come by. Well Steve came back and informed me of another dealer who had one. We spoke some numbers for a short and painless period of time. Next thing I know I had THE EXACT vehicle getting shipped to them. Now Steve professional attitude wasnt the only good thing about this dealership. While my old vehicle was in for repairs they gladly put me in a brand new car for the time being. The service department was also all very professional and polite...right down to the technicians. Hands down one of the smoothest purchases Ive ever done. And for being my first brand new car I was extremely happy about how everything went. there is no question in my mind that I would go here time and time again for anything. Joe wroniak. The sales staff was very friendly and accommodating. We called ahead to see if they had any new 2015 Outbacks available and upon arrival, they had 2 models pulled out with the options we had wanted and ready to test drive. I would like to thank Justin Akers for all of his help throughout the process. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left with our brand new Subaru, Justin showed that he was knowledgeable by answering all of our questions regarding everything about the vehicle from the ground up and let me pick his brain about the different financing & leasing options. He kept a very professional attitude while still making us feel at ease with plenty of laugh throughout (unlike the many other unpleasant experiences I had while shopping around for a new vehicle ) Thanks Justin and company for making my first car buying experience fun, easy and memorable!!!!
Great experience! I bought a Subaru Forester and was thrilled with both the car and the service. Before going to the dealership, I checked everything out online and exchanged several emails with Angel to get details and prices. She was really helpful and got everything lined out for my visit to test drive the vehicle. When I arrived, my salesperson, Micah, had the vehicle ready to go and was extremely helpful to answer all of my questions even though I was on a tight schedule. The purchasing process was smooth, price was fair and customer service was great. I highly recommend Wallace of Bristol, Micah and Angel to anybody looking for a vehicle.
Called a day ahead of time to confirm availability of the used Dodge Charger i was interested in. The next morning, I received a call from a very polite and cheerful female inquiring if I was still coming to view and discuss the vehicle today. After driving four hours and a couple hundred miles through the mountains, I receive a call from Darrell stating they had actually sold the vehicle the night before. I was very displeased. A courtesy call would have been the least he could do. I am now out of my one day off for two weeks, 600 miles worth of fuel, and six toll booths worth of money.
Polly Gilmer is fantastic! You wont encounter any of the played out dealer tricks with Polly. Straightforward and honest, she exceeded my expectations and beat the competitors prices on my new car. I have now bought multiple cars from Polly and will continue to send friends and family her way in the future. If you are local or out of state, she is worth the drive. Definitely give her call BEFORE you make a deal with any other dealer or dealership. You will feel better when its all said and done.
We just bought our 5th Subaru Forester and we are thrilled with the car and the experience. Steve Sidell is the perfect salesperson, in our opinion. We know what we want and know what we like in a car and he respected our wishes and didnt push. We dont LIKE to be hassled or pushed and he knew exactly how to treat us as customers!! In 4 years, when were ready for another new Forester, we hope Steve will still be at Wallace Subaru of Bristol, because that will make our experience excellent.
I dont purchase vehicles very often but the next time I do, I will do business again with Dennis Foster of Wallace Imports in Bristol, TN. I found Dennis to be very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, accommodating, and friendly. Seek out Dennis if you want to avoid being the recipient of hard selling and high pressure sales tactics. He is a fair businessman who has your best interest in mind.
I leased my 2013 Subaru Outback @ Wallace Subaru of Bristol. I got a great vehicle @ a very good price and was treated with exceptional care. The sales and service departments are wonderful and the entire staff makes you feel welcome. Next time you are in the market for a new or used car do yourself a favor and checkout Wallace Subaru of Bristol.
Andrew Fields, my salesperson, was fantastic. He actually listened to me, asked good questions, and then made a solid recommendation that guided to an awesome Subaru Outback that I wouldnt have considered otherwise. He was never pushy. And he was easy to get in touch with whenever I had questions. The buying experience couldnt have been smoother.
Went there to test drive an Outback, was told to drive down to the bottom Kia lot, then was told that they couldnt find an Outback. What the heck? Then the manager "butted" into a conversation. VERY RUDE. Will not be back there. Hey there are other dealerships in the area. Too bad Bristol is losing business due to incompetent people.
Found a good used Subaru with low miles for a fair price. We went in and knew we wanted a used Subaru and Dennis Foster did a good job showing us a nice Forester. We told them what we wanted and they found a good vehicle for us. The buying process was seamless with no haggling. We went in bought our car and left.
