Yesterday came about 10 minutes before close. There still were customers inside. But the entrance doors were already closed. Change the sign then, that you close at 8:50 pm. I ran out of food for dog asked to help me out. Got NO as a response.

I love the grooming salon here. I live in West Chester and bring my dog here because they do such a fantastic job. Haley is a wonderful groomer and my dog really likes and trusts her. Service is awesome and the staff super friendly.

Great location for a new PetSmart! The staff are friendly and the store is clean. There is a great selection of products and a wide variety of exotic pets as well as friendly felines to adopt.

Mallory, the aquatics worker, was very very rude. I would not advise this store if you are looking to buy any type of fish.
