Basil and Jerry are really fantastic. I feel like their goal is to get me what I need. I recall one situation in which Jerry was sending me to an online vendor to get what I wanted cheaper. It really caught me off guard. I told Jerry that I was gonna "get it here" so I was sure it was the right product. I hope these guys are making enough money. ... Unfortunately, I wont be going much more for now becuase my canine companion (Linus) meet his end in November 2016. I was in the shopping center today and thought that I should stop in tell them why I hadnt been back. I told Basil the story. Its been almost six months, but telling the story again to someone that I could tell truly cared for Linus brought back tears like it was November again. I think it was the worst day of my life. I never lost anything that close to me to death. Maybe I should stay in touch with Jerry and Basil in hopes that one day Ill feel ready to do it all over again. It really is a great store.

Absolutely the best customer service ever! I call in for my order of Orijen Tundra Kibble and its in the store a couple of days later. No pressure, just a nice courtesy call is made to me. These guys really know their stuff and are super delighted when you bring in your pets. You can really tell they love all animals! I am a customer for life now and both my Chinese Shar-Pei (Rocky & Vader) love going there to see Jerry and Basel. I would highly recommend them and would give the Naturally Healthy Pet Store a 10 Star rating, if available. These guys are the best! Thanks :)

I wouldnt shop any place else for my dog. The place is neat and clean. The customer service is over the top. Pleasant and very knowledgeable. I go there because they dont try to sell you something you dont need. It is just the opposite. I have been told more than once that my dog really didnt need what I was questioning. And they were right! They truly care about the people and pets that come into their store.

Love this store. The owners are great. One owner is a bit much - but the other owner is mellow and anachronistic! He really knows what he is talking about. He also goes out of his way to find you what you need and he provides exceptional customer service. Costs more other stores the same products but service is superior. Highly recommended!
