I RATHER STICK NEEDLES IN MY FACE. I get a birthday coupon every year around the holiday and am able to use it especially when I purchase a lot of product and it is an added plus when there is a sale during the holiday and I am able to use my coupon too. This year, I only needed one product and as usual I wanted to use my birthday coupon, however the store would not let me. They said that their system would not let me combine 2 offers in order to buy my one product even though it does not state this in the coupon. They did say that if I bought another product, they can combine the birthday coupon along with the holiday sale. Naturally that was disappointing because it defeats the purpose of getting a great deal on your birthday, and it forces the customer to buy more than one product for the system to agree to take the multiple offer. The problem with this is- it would be great if the product I use on my skin were around 30-40.00, but they are 60-75.00. This means the store wants me to spend over 120.00 to take my additional 10.00 birthday coupon. This was an awful birthday experience, and if Id known that was the origin policy along these past years- I would have stopped coming in there long ago- to think that it took me to buy one product to find out how they really get their customers to spend more money than they need to. They would rather see you spend more money on your birthday than treat you to a great deal. This store did not go above and beyond to please its customers and they have no solutions, per Catherine, the store manager, and Vicki at the Regional/ District Office for Ga. And for that I will not be coming back- I would rather stick needles in my face- I think its called Botox.

Lesson learned - order from the East Cobb store instead of ordering online! I am extremely pleased with the customer service provided by the Origins store at East Cobb by Kelce. I tried to order the Feel Good Hug Bedtime Body Wrap online in the lavender, lemon and orange scent, but it was sold out. I called the Cobb store to see if they had it in stock and would hold it for me. Kelce was able to describe the changes made to the older version of the lavender wrap (that I bought years ago) and the new model because they had both in stock. I loved the old one so much I couldnt imagine the newer model could be better, but she explained the changes and I went with her suggestion. I received it today and it is even better than the original and so much more comforting than a heating pad for sore/tense shoulders/neck/back. And, I didnt even have to drive to the mall! The Origins store will ship at no cost via UPS and since I live in Atlanta I received the package in two days. The Cobb store honors the same sales as the online store so I was able to get it at 20% off and Kelce put in a couple of great Origins samples for me along with the wrap. It felt like an early Christmas this morning. I will definitely order from this store again instead of ordering online. I couldnt get an online customer service agent on the phone after three tries (Im told this is a problem when they are busy) to ask about the product and I would rather support a local business anyway. Great job, Kelce!
