Yess! I agree with the previous rater, that old lady is a mess. I went in to sephora to get tart foundation I told her what I wanted she picked the wrong thing came back with an empty foundation box asking me about the product and Im looking I at her dead in the face like I just told you what I wanted like 3 times..she puts the box back and asked me if I saw the product she was holding...? she is horrible and disorganized..she is a Hot mess, and her eye lashes looks like that of someone who just got out of the grave yard. I love sephora but this lady is not fit to work there.

One woman in particular was horrible, she had dreads or braids. She seemed a bit older than the other two girls, who were really bubbly, nice and friendly. She seemed as if she really had no interest in helping me and even though I made a $65.00 purchase, Im not sure of the products she sold me because of her nonchalant attitude. Im probably taking it back.

The ladies at this location are more helpful than any Sephora Ive visited. They have great knowledge and take time to help you get the look you want without too much commentary. Ive visited several in my metro area, and this one beats them hands down. The only thing is that I wish it was full-size...then again I dont want to mess with the mojo!

Worst customer service! Always short staffed and usually out of stock on products. It sucks because I live close by this location, but Ill drive to Lenox before I shop here again.

didnt really enjoy my experience here was helped by ladonna who seemed to be too busy and uninterested in what i was looking for.. try hiring more friendly people
