I went in to check out a new product that was getting a lot of buzz. I saw only 1 young man working in the store when I arrived & I was the only customer. A young lady walked in the shop & she & the guy waiting on me gestured back-and-forth without saying a word, she left the store for a few minutes and then came back. My sales rep excused him self and ran out into the mall to talk with this young lady he was out there for 10 minutes I was alone in the store (I couldve probably clean them out of makeup if I was that kind of person ) They appeared to make some kind sneaky looking transaction He came back in asked me what I wanted I explained it to him again another customer walked in and he just walked off and left me standing there! I spoke up and said I wasnt finished & said he was finished! Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I have since ordered MAC cosmetics only online which limits what I purchased because I cannot try out new products.

I went to MAC to get my makeup done for prom. Some employees were rude but my artist was nice. But, never ever go here to get your makeup done. TRUST ME. I looked like a drag queen when I left the store! My artist did a terrible job on my eyeliner, lips, and skin. She drew uneven lines on my eyes and lined my lips way outside of where they actually were. She also made my lower lashes so clumpy. I have never driven home faster in my life. I scrubbed it all off and honestly my work looked a lot better than hers and Im a 16 year old. Negative 20 starts fo sho

I love MAC, however this store location does NOT understand the meaning of customer service. After my visit at this store, I will not be returning. My rep was extremely rude, I needed help finding a new lipstick & eye shadow, she walked off talking to someone else & did not return until after I start talking to the manager. If I could I would rate her a negative 5 stars. Even her body language was unprofessional & unwelcoming! The last I checked artist loved what they do & they dont mind helping others achieve their desired looks.

Absolutely awful customer service. Went in on a Saturday and I knew they would be busy so I looked at all the different eyeliners and eye shadows till someone was free. Finally was able to catch a lady and asked about the eyeliners since I had never purchased their pencils. No help. She plainly walked away after I asked one question. I was so upset and will only be back to return my product because I am incredibly unhappy with my purchase and experience.

Very very bad customer service. I went today was readg to checkout, a lady was infront of me had a question abt a product(i think the cashier knows her) i stood up watching them talking having some chit and chat while im waiting to pay for my order for more than 10 minutes , then after i told him iam ready he said ok few minutes. What?? !!! I left the store and didnt get anything!!

This review pertains to bad service at the MAC store in Macys. When I previously got a 20 min facial, it was interrupted 4 times so the MUA could serve other customers. Well tonight, I had to wait over 30 min just to buy 1 foundation because this MUA couldnt just ring me up in 3 min. There was only 1 other customer there.
