Today I went into Lush at this location and I was given the best experience I could hope for. As soon as I told them that I had never been in Lush I was welcomed and offered a full tour of the store, which I took with an open mind. Ive been stumbling my way through skincare for the past couple of years and struggling. The salesperson I worked with was amazing. After the tour I told her what I was concerned about with my face and she recommended some products for me and also gave me a demonstration of all of them. I walked out of the store very happy but still a little skeptical because I had been looking for the perfect products for my skin for so long. When I got home tonight I used the ultrabland facial cleanser, mask of magnaminty, and the magical moringa. I was blown away by the instant difference I felt in my skin. It was soft and moisturized and they all smelled great together. Today I found a lifetime of skincare. Cant wait to use my bath bomb this weekend and I cant wait to go back.

I cant say enough good things about this store. I walked in not knowing at all what I wanted or needed, this was my first shopping experience at this location and the associate that helped me was seriously amazing. She was so patient with me, giving me demos of the shampoos and conditioners and she answered all my questions about the product (which were a lot). Plus this store is 4x the size of the Nashville store, you can browse comfortably. Excellent customer service and a great experience at this store, I am a huge Lush fan now!

I had an amazing experience at this Lush location this week! I was greeted by a beautiful, friendly girl with short blonde hair and glasses (Im so sad I cant remember her name). I was in the store for bath bombs and to check out some hair care products. She kindly showed me her recommendations with detail and a lot of helpful information. I am so happy with my shopping experience at this location of Lush! Thank you and I most certainly will be back!

I love Lush cosmetics, but I was bombarded in the store by sales associates shoving product after product in my face. I get it. You guys are trying to make a sale, but youd probably make more if you just let your customers shop and let them know that youre available if they need anything. I know I would have definitely bought more if I was just left alone to shop. Instead I felt the need to rush out because you guys were making me so uncomfortable.

Good products, very pricey. Not any more expensive than other brands like Philosophy, Aveda, Lancôme, etc. the store is amazing, and the staff are helpful.

Got what I went for. Friendly sales people. Great demo. Got Rub Rub Rub, Skin Drink a Valentines Day massage bar and holiday soap. All good.
