Absolutely hated this place!!!! Employees are not friendly at all they do not offer any help. They are rude and it wasnt hard to tell at all that they are just there for a paycheck. I was in the store for an hour not one person offered to help I had to ask for help. I stopped an employee asked if they sold 3d fiber mascara said yes and walked off. So I looked around still couldnt find it. Stopped another employee asked once again about the 3d fiber mascara she walked over pointed at the rack and walked right off. So I look at the two kinds sold find another employee ask her about the ingredients and shes clueless only thing she could tell me was how one sold more than the other. So I look around some more at lip colors and things. Found a color that I liked in a lip plumper but it wasnt stocked. So I find yet another employee to get the color I want after getting it I ask her some questions and she tells me it was a lipstick and then offers me the exact same product I asked for. Last but not least I go to check out when I get to the register the cashier mumbles something I look at her and ask her huh and she repeats it really quickly and and rudely I still didnt hear her so I just said no check out and wait on my friend. So I stand in line with her she gets the same exact cashier and this time I heard what she said she was asking if we were a member of their beauty club thing. My friend said no and that was it. No explanation I realized after looking around the register that when you buy things you get points that you can redeem for gifts. You would think thats something you would want to explain to your customers but they didnt. The cashier was noticeably angry about working there glaring at people.

One of my top three WORST customer service experiences ever. I had called on a Saturday, but they didnt have a spot open, so I made an appt for the following day. I drove over an hour to this location and planned my entire day around the appt. I got there and asked where I should check in. The young lady at the counter told me, "Right here," and then promptly walked away without taking my name or giving me further instructions. She wasnt even helping another customer. She just walked over to a shelf and started fiddling with boxes. I finally got someone else to help me only to have them tell me that my appt had not been booked correctly and they could not fit me in. I asked to speak to the manager and it turns out I WAS speaking to the manager. She was not very understanding and acted like she really didnt have time to deal with me. With a manager like that, no wonder the employees werent helpful either. After leaving, I wondered why she didnt at least ask me to stay to see if someone canceled, or offer to let an employee at least give me color suggestions, or offer a coupon or gift card since I drove from so far away. I could understand their attitudes if I were rude and irate, but I remained calm and polite. It didnt get me far. Very disappointed and highly doubt that Ill shop at any Sephora location in the future.

I went into the sephora store today willing to spend any amount of money on good products for my face. I go into sephora almost weekly I currently have 500 points at the store. However, this one lady was very rude to me, unfortunately I didnt get her name but her attitude made me very upset. Right when I walked into the store I wanted to test out an item for brows but the tester was a bit beaten up. So I asked the closest sephora worker for a new one but she denied my request about three times until she finally gave in and said "okay, i GUESS Ill look in the bottom drawer and see if we have an extra." There were many. Another thing that made me upset was that when I asked for help on a foundation shade for my friend, she pointed me to the worst product and the least expensive giving me the impression that she thought we were poor. When I finally choice a good product for my friend, she didnt help her put it on like usual sephora workers are supposed to do. I had to do it and see if it was the result she wanted. Also, the whole time after the brow incident she kept watching me and my friend like we were about to steal something. This all made me really upset and I just had to write this review, Ive never made a bad review on any store and I LOVE sephora but her, I would never want to see her again at that store.

Wanna give this store absolutely NO STARS but unfortunately I cant these were the RUDEST people I have EVER MET never asked me if I need help and I was searching for a foundation for 30minutes that wasnt out on the rack because they didnt restock it like they were suppose too and I obviously looked like I need help and not one of them helped me even when I sat and waited for them to stop chatting and laughing together and when I was actually ready to checkout I sat at the stand for 20 minutes while they all sat in a circle and chatted and they all looked at me when I actually asked for help which I had to say about five times before someone actually pay attention too me and whenever someone actually came over one of the girls she was bald and gave me the meanest look literally made me so mad that I wanted to write this immediately

If I could put zero stars I definitely would. I visited the Sephora location at the Mall of GA on September 14, 2015. My fiancé was with me also. We were greeted when we entered the store which was very professional but what wasnt is the continuous greeting from the same people. Me and my fiancé noticed that every where we went someone followed us. I went to the scent area, I was followed there. I went to look at the clarisonics, I was also followed there. I understand the job description may require being attentive. I have no problem asking for help if I need it. I dont like to feel someone is hounding me or breathing down my neck while I am trying to shop. I noticed it was other people in the store but for some odd reason no one was following them......HHHHMMMM?!!!!

I didnt catch the beauty consultants name, but she worked 3/24 about 7pm-8:30pm that night, She has a short, red bob. I asked her about which ABH Glow Kit would be best for me and she pointed out That Glow would be ideal for me and I asked about the Hard Candy shade in Gleam kit. She was phenomenal! She stated that its her favorite one and told me how to use it and with what face beat look to wear it with. Finally someone who knows how to incorporate that shade so I wouldnt buy that palette and let that one shade go to waste. I couldnt find it being used on YouTube or ABH/Norvinas instagram. So thank you again! Also the store I was at Sephora Mall of GA. Not the one located inside JCP.
