Great Sales Experience! My family has purchased several vehicles through Ganley of Aurora and have always enjoyed the sales experience. I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Dart SXT Rallye. I initially talked to Chris Grabowski about trading in my 2009 Jeep Liberty for a new Dart. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and personable. I was able to test drive a Dart almost immediately while my Jeep was being appraised personally by Steve Glova. He knew my dad from previous car purchases and talked to both of us about what he thought of the Liberty. Chris was able to give us a trade-in offer and figured in other discounts, including a college graduate discount. I was very happy with the offer and my dad and I accepted the offer and were able to put some money down all in one visit. The very next day we came back to pick up my new Dart and John Bralek took time explaining all the warranty information thoroughly. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to make sure we were valued customers. He sat in the car explaining all the features to me before we left the dealership. We were in and out of there within about 45 minutes. I gave an "OK" rating for "Quality of Work" not for the sales team, but because I was disappointed about was how the porters prepped the car. There were smudges on the plastic molding on the dash, fingerprints, streaky inside of the windshield and rear view mirror, grease pencil marks on the aluminum wheels, and there was a swirl mark in the clear coat on the back side of the car that will have to be fixed when we take the car back for a service appt. this week. Aside from the car prep, the salesmen were great and we were well-taken care of at the dealership.

Beware! The service department here will rip you off. The manager told me that the radiator for a 2004 2.7L Dodge intrepid had to be pulled out (along with many other components) to remove the crank shaft pulley. I know that Dodge has a specific pulley removal tool to avoid pulling the radiator because I bough one last year when I replaced my water pump. I told the guy about this part and he acted like he never heard of it when it is a standard part used in the automotive industry (google these parts OTC 667, Lisle 49500). The primary belt tensioner bearings were also squealing loudly, when I sprayed WD40 on the bearing the noise temporarily went away until the WD40 evaporated. I proved this multiple times to ensure that the bearing was the failing part. The dealership told me it was the crank shaft pulley (harmonic balancer) delaminating and the tensioner was fine. The crank shaft pulley did have some wobble but it has been there for 2 years and hasnt gotten worse. However, I could argue that the pulley needs to be replaced in the near future. However, I belive that they just looked under the hood and quoted the first thing (or most expensive thing) that looked out of place. If you cannot trust that the mechanic is telling you the truth then you cannot trust the work the are doing either. I will never bring my Dodge there for service again. The closest Dodge dealership with great service is Junction Auto Sales Inc in Chardon OH. I know its a drive, but it will save you hundreds and your problem will get fixed the first time you visit.

When my wife had a stroke she devoloped mobility problems. Our Impala was just too close to the ground . She needed help getting in and out. The Trucks & SUVs we looked at were to high. Even with running boards she had some trouble. Like the porridge in the 3 Bears stiory, the van was just right. Jon Graham sold us a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 30th Anniversary Edition on Nov. 28, 2014 "Black Friday". It was a non-stressful experience. We ended up with more vehicle than we expected and paid less than we were prepared to pay. At 62 years of age, this is the first time I ever said that. That is strange, because as a GM Retiree, I have used the GM Employee Discount several times. We were very satisfied with our Trade-In Purchase experience. My wife can get in and out of the van unassisted, which is a bit easier for me, and a point of pride for her., since before the stroke she was very independant. Less than a month after buying it, we took the van to Michigan for the Christmas/New Years Holidays. When we crossed the Mackinac Bridge into the Upper Peninsula there were High Wind Advisories . The van was not affected, meaning it handled very well. On the Turnpike, and Freeways US-23, and I-75 we averaged 26 mpg. Locally, short trips around town we are seeing 18 mpg. The van currently has been driven between 1900 and 2000 miles here in mid January 2015. I would definately recommend both Ganley Dodge and especially Jon Graham. Thank you for a pleasant Automobile purchace experience.

Ive never owned a Jeep before but I always liked them. I went with my teenage son to the 2014 Detroit Auto Show and we were looking at SUVs for my significant other. The Jeep stood out for value, amenities and comfort over the BMW X5, Audi Q5, Volvo and everything else we looked at. Although we live quite a distance from Ganley Jeep in Aurora, we ventured out there on one of the worst snow days we had this year. My Escalade spun out multiple times. When I drove the Jeep Grand Cherokee under the same conditions, it was night and day.. Way better! The technology on this vehicle is unbelievable, a huge upgrade over a loaded Escalade. I cant say enough about how much safer I feel in this vehicle. As for the dealership, I cant say enough good things about them. I dont do Facebook or twitter but I wanted to at least post something about how good this place is. They bent over backwards helping us, getting the vehicles we wanted, giving us more than fair value on our trade ins, and expediting our purchase. There was no pressure just great service. I would highly recommend this dealer and particularly Chris or BJ. I cannot say enough about how positive the experience was! Of course it helps when I feel tremendous about the vehicle I purchased. Check them out!!

My (4 door sedan) Toyota Yaris got 38.5 MPG overall. Like 40 summer 35 winter 35 to 37 if I used A/C in summer. My new Dodge Dart is getting like 37 to 37.5 MPG overall, which is awesome, perhaps due to the advanced aerodynamics & engine. But that MPG is so close to the Yaris that it’s amazing. It rides better (smoother ride) and much quieter than the Yaris, especially on the highway. In rain and snow and slush I feel MUCH more confident in the Dart than in the Yaris. It feels like I am in a nice big car. But I get the excellent MPG and the sporty handling of a compact. So with the Dodge Dart Im getting the best of both worlds. And (assuming it lasts, and it should) it is a much better value than Toyota Yaris/Corolla because you get so much more car for the $. And you can order custom like I did. Forget asking Toyota for that! And it is American made which is very important. Also, the Chrysler folks on the phone are very eager to please. Toyota people have an attitude that they don’t have to care about your satisfaction. Dan Katz is a great salesman, my son bought a car from him, and I was so impressed, that I did too a year later! (And intend to in the future.)
