(Second Purchase May 2014) I stopped by to check out the new Dodge Dart just to take a test drive. Well Justin let me test drive a few different Darts with varying options in each one. He showed me all the features available on each model. I purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger from February 2013. My credit wasnt the best at that time and he still got me financing. So I decided to have him check some numbers for me and he came back with a 4.1% finance rate for the Dart now that my credit had drastically improved in a year. He got me an amazing deal and I purchased a 2014 Dodge Dart GT the same day! I wasnt expecting to purchase so soon but he guided me through all the aspects of the deal. He then helped me transfer all the stuff in my Avenger to the new Dart as well as go over some other features of this model just so I would know everything needed before I left the lot with my new car. Brian the finance manager got us through the paperwork signing very quickly but still explained everything that I was signing as the process went along. This is my second vehicle purchase from Justin Bolen and Klaben. Ive had 4 friends purchase vehicles from Justin Bolen and Klaben in the past year and Im sure with the great customer service and friendly atmosphere Justin provides to the customers he deals with that I will be buying many more from him and Klaben in the years to come. (First Purchase Feb 2013)I visited Klaben this week to look for a newer vehicle. I dealt with salesman Justin Bolen. It was a great experience. He guided me through the financing process and helped me get a great deal on a 2012 Dodge Avenger. Ill be recommending him to all my friends and family looking for new or used cars in the future. He was very patient with me and some paperwork issues I needed to resolve. Thanks again to Justin Bolen and the Klaben dealership for the easy car buying process.

Klaben auto group was a highly recommended dealership however I have purchased and leased many cars and was very skeptacle of the hype. I emailed the dealer with a quick note to outline my needs and not to my surprise, within 10 minutes received a call from a sales rep, John Coco III. However, it was surprising to see how he understood my situation and eagerly went to work for me and to help me get out from under my backwards car and into a 2017 Jeep Compass. The entire transaction took place over the course of a few days via phone and email as we discussed and reviewed options. John put in a lot of time and was transparent with how he had arrived at the "numbers". By the weekend, I had made an appointment to meet John and to finalize on a new Jeep. I was still hesitant as I expected a "surprise" in the numbers when we actually met. John met my wife and I at the door and had all the preliminary paperwork complete and,,,, there were no surprises. We drove our vehicle, went to the finance department, finalized the lease and we were out the door in about 90 or so minutes. To top it off, while signing our papers, the sales manager Rich Klaben stopped in to introduce himself to my wife and I and to make sure we were happy. At no time did we feel like someone was trying to "sell" us something. Instead, John worked to make sure we were in a vehicle and in a situation that we wanted, with no pressure. We drove past several dealers to get to Klaben and I would encourage anyone in the market for a vehicle to do the same. From the initial conversation, to the moment we walked out to our new vehicle and took this pic, the experience is the easiest and most honest and transparent I have been a part of. I was very impressed with this Dealership and more so the salesman, Justin Bolen, I worked with. I am sure I speak for many people when I say that purchasing a new vehicle can be very stressful. I have been to many dealerships over the past years and get overwhelmed with the persistence and obvious sales tactics. By choosing Klaben Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, I got exactly what I was looking for. They were honest, friendly, and straight forward. This made my car buying experience far less stressful. When I went to Klaben I had a particular vehicle in mind and was prepared to be disappointed for having to change things on my vehicle I already had in mind. Yes, I am a very very picky person. After I explained the exact vehicle I had in mind, they immediately started searching. Of course there was no vehicle that matched my desired description, but my salesman Justin Bolen did not stop there. He gave me a piece of paper and said, "fill this out, in detail". It was every option that the Dodge Ram 1500 offered. From exterior color to interior color, to engine, and wheels. I filled out the exact vehicle and more, of what I wanted. He then ordered this truck directly from Dodge. I received my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie a short while later and could not be more happier with my vehicle and service I was provided. I have also purchased vehicles from across the street at the Ford dealership. My salesman there was Tex Welch. He provided outstanding customer service as well. My Fiancé just bought a new 2014 Ford Escape from him and said she will never go anywhere else after she experienced the service she was provided. Klaben gets an A+ from me. Thanks guys!

Buying a vehicle can be hard to do. Dealers often resort to high pressure sales tactics, gimmicks and lies in order to "earn your business". But this was not the case at Klaben. I began my search online and from the moment that I contacted Chuck Lindon the process was easy. He is a consummate professional and very good at his job. He didnt pressure me into looking at this model or that model, he listened to what I wanted in a car and actually paid attention to what I said and guided me through the buying process. I did not plan on buying a car the night that I went to Klaben, but thanks to Chuck that is exactly what happened and I couldnt be happier. They offered me a fair price for my trade, given the condition and worked with me on the price of their vehicle. And when I say that they worked with me, I mean they really worked with me. Chuck did everything he could to make sure that I got the vehicle that I wanted with ALL of the features that I wanted. The store closed at 9:00 PM, but Chuck delivered the vehicle to me at about 10:15. Despite the late hour and the rain, Chuck took the time to go over almost every detail about my new car so that I could begin to enjoy all that it has to offer from day one. And, as I was leaving he pulled up along side me just to make sure that I didnt have any further questions. He could not have been a better salesman and I hope that he is rewarded for his efforts. He is a great ambassador for Klaben and I cannot wait to send my family and friends in to see him. Im so glad that I went to Klaben and was fortunate enough to work with Chuck.
