We were looking for a new car and had already looked at Toyota. That dealership did not give us any discount off the sticker price so we went to G and M Motors. After a variety of responses to my web searches and then the phone call from Mark inviting me to come to G and M Motors to let them help me through this major decision was all I needed. The follow-up call was the best. Mark found the model, the color, the accessories in a vehicle I liked, had it moved to their location and would I like to come drive it. What more could I ask for? We had been there looking about a month prior and talked to Mark of G and Motors. Mark is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and listens to the customer. He does have a charm about him and helped make the experience work for us. After we had driven the car we were ready to settle on the financial package. He helped us get into their credit system and then came back with the offer... he told us we would have just one swing at it, it was just the way he worked, (and the way we preferred as well). The price was very good, he showed us the invoice, which we already knew from the Internet, and then gave us discounts, and with our trade we came away with a deal we all could live with. We were given a car to drive over the weekend and when we returned on Monday evening we signed the paperwork and again Mark answered all of my questions I had after reading the operations manual. When time came to getting finance Mark went over the paperwork and signed the finance forms. He allowed us to go home and think about the extended warranty options overnight and we still had to bring the title to our trade and a check for the down payment. We left with our car that night. It was a real pleasure to buy a vehicle at G and M Motors. We love our Toyota and we were generally surprised how easy and pleasant the experience was. What a difference the last 12 years have had on the way dealership treat customers and the Internet has helped educate the consumer. I have already referred a new customer to G and Motors, Mark talked with her over the phone first and he even had vehicles pulled for her to drive and look at when she got to the dealership. Although a trade / new purchase is just a very time-consuming situation, Mark streamlined it as much as possible. I will continue to refer my friends and family to Mark of G and M Motors and wouldnt hesitate to go back for another vehicle in the future.

I shopped around for about three weeks before settling on a used Lexus from these guys. This is what I will tell you. I didnt start out looking for a fancy car. I was looking for a good reliable car to get me back and forth to work. What I found was a Lexus in great shape ready to go for the next 100K miles, for less than a comparable (same year and mileage) Camry. Actually I had a choice between a Lexus from G and M with the brakes completely redone ready to go or a Toyota certified Corolla same year with about the same miles. The choice was obvious. I believe if you treat people with respect (ie the salesman) then it makes it that much easier for them to respect and “take care” of you. The opposite is also true, if you see the salesman as an adversary who you have to conquer, beat-up, or are downright rude to, well you probably will get that same in return. I was on my best behavior with Mark and he was a pleasure to deal with. Mark told me everything I should do to keep the car running for years to come. It’s in his best interest to be fair, honest, and up front, but we all know some people are just impossible to deal with. If you see one bad review mixed with 10 good reviews while you are looking for a car remember what I said here and look in the mirror. Any used car can have a problem tomorrow, I think G and M did their best to find everything they could. Now I have a used Lexus ES 330 for the price of a Corolla. Thanks again Mark. Everybody else out there Try and treat people with a little respect and it will go a long way.

I was all set to buy a car here, I had the cashiers check ready and everything. Since the car came with as is with no warranty I told them I wanted to have it looked at by a mechanic and they made a huge fuss over it before agreeing to let me go ahead and have it looked at. They insisted on going to the mechanics with me and they gave me a run down about the title of the car. They said that they didnt have the title because they bought it off of a dealership and the dealerships policy was to hold the title for 10 days before transferring it over. Thats fine, whatever. I asked for the name of the dealership and decided to call that dealership to make sure there was a clean title on the car and that it would be sent to me promptly. The owner of G & M completely flipped out and refused to business with me and the dealer I talked to on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. Im not sure these guys actually have the titles to all the cars they are selling and they might be running some sort of scam job. I have reported them to the Solon Police Department for investigation

The owner Mark??? Had Zero Personality!!! He wanted to "FIX"... the price before we even took the the car for a test drive... He didnt even want to print the CarFax?? Upon insisting he prints it out... is the cost??? When he behaved like, we as a consumer was doing him a favor buy his car, My wife and I left the "dealership" ( a make shift warehouse; a one person operation, with a ridiculous chip on his shoulder (indicating wood above the shoulder); left the premises! Felt very insulted!!! The Guy had no personality. I would not recommend anybody buy anything from this dope!!!

I have been in Sales & Business Development for over 19 years and the sale I dreaded the most and hated was buying a used car. You have all heard the stories and 100% of them are true! Welcome to G & M Motors. A close friend bought a car from them and made the recommendation. Mark and Eugene exceeded my expectations. These people are professional and their prices are unbelievable! I would recommend them over any used car dealer you can name. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience and would buy from them again without reservation.

I have had such an amazing experience with G and M Motors. Mark was very helpful with assisting me in my first car buying experience. I was given a very fair price for a Honda Fit. The car was sold to me in an excellent condition even though it had many miles on it. I am very impressed that I was treated professionally and have had my many questions answered comprehensively and concisely. I would recommend G and M Motors to anyone interested in buying a used car.
