About month and a half ago I called fields BMW of south Orlando and to me it was an emergency since I didnt have time enough to go back to my job. After 25 min of waiting on hold and disconnected calls the receptionist picked at the phone and told me "Im sorry but theres really anybody to take your call" then I proceeded to call Fields BMW at winter park which I was then taken care of by Mr. Abney. Very friendly and efficient. I told him what was going on and he said to me that he was very happy to resolve my problem and asked me to continue to come to him, that I would never be disappointed in his store service. It was kind of an inconvineience to me , since the fields BMW of south Orlando is not even 5 min from my house and this store in winter park is 45 min away. I still went to this store to get my car serviced. Then I decided to call to the store by my house and ask to speak with the sales manager, mr. Gary and what a disappointment that was!!!!! In other words, he in a way gave me nothing but excuses to justify his staffs behavior which has been unacceptable in various occasions. (front service staff doesnt even acknowledge you when you come in. The lady right up front "Nancy" hates it every time I come in and actually told me one time to once my warranty expired to take my car to a place where its was cheaper to get it fixed). When I realized that I was wasting my time with him, I decided to speak with the manager of the store Mr. Frank Fernandez and the receptionist told me he was on vacation so put me through his voice mail. I left him a detail message with my info and week and a half later he hasnt even attempted to call. Actually its been a month and 1/2 and the general manager never called. ...If this is how it is from the top, what can we expect from the rest of the staff?!?!?! ....the same crappy service. Ive been dealing with them for over 6 years and 3 cars later I decided to never go there even though is just around the corner. I rather drive the 45 min because I know that I will be dealing with people with manners, respect and most of all class! Dont let my accent fool you fields BMW of south Orlando! I will make sure I will never promote your store or any of your services and on the contrary I will make sure I will let everybody who ask, how TERRIBLE your staff and customer service is And my name is MARIA SALOMON look me up, Im sure I am in your files since I have bought a few cars from you! ...What a waste and disgrace for such a good brand.

Despues de mas de tres meses acudiendo por el mismo problema no puedo expresar sentirme de otra manera mas que estafada, miles de dolares gastados en partes y sensores supuestamente dañados que en realidad ni tenia, para al final regresar al principio. Confie una y otra vez en la señora Nancy Hernandez y el resultado no fue mas que mi carro entrara y saliera del dealer con el check engineer encendido supuestamente por otras razones, mas de 7 mil millas recorridas con el aviso del sensor de la bomba de la gasolina indicandola dañada sutituyeron hasta el propio el sensor y a la tercera vez de acudir ya despues de haber cambiado Los inyectores, las Bombas de motor, el sensor de la bomba de tanque de gasolina y otras que no puedo recordar despues de haber gastado mas de $2000.00 decirme Ella que volvemos al problema inicial por mas de $1600.00 mas, me siento engañada y ademas maltratada ya que una vez que le dije que no iba a realizar el trabajo porque consideraba que estaba siendo victima de fraude de muy mala manera me entrego las llaves de mi carro el cual se encontraba totalmente desarmado y tuve que regresar para que lo compusieran otra vez, en general mi experiencia fue pesima nunca mas regresare a ese dealer ni recomendare sus servicio sa nadie y Menos por esa persona.

I got a flat on the way to work and was quoted by the BMW roadside assistance it will be an hour. They were about 30 minutes late. I was being towed to this dealership because it was the closest one to where I was. My husband was waiting for me at this dealership and told the salesman that I was coming and asked what to do. The salesman told him to go to the side of the door and get the envelope to fill out and where to place the key when done. He also said to park in one of the parking spaces.(Side note: The tow truck man even said it was one of the worst place to drop of cars since the space is so tight with cars on the side roads) When I got there my husband handed me to the envelope and I was waiting for the tow truck to unload the car so I could drive it in a parking space. While I went to go drive the car around, my husband went to look for the salesman but he disappeared. I couldnt even get into the parking lot because both gates were locked up or wouldnt budge. So I ended up leaving my car on a small drive way with other cars. Then thats when we realized my husband car was locked inside the gates and couldnt leave. We called everyone we could at BMW but they close early on Sundays. We called customer service to help but they closed too. We then tried calling people we knew from Winter Park Dealership but we couldnt get a hold of them either. So then we decided to call road side assistance from BMW to see if they could help. He just emailed someone about this incident and told us to call 911. So after about 2 hours we were set free. Im very angry at the customer service. The salesman didnt even check the lot to see if there was any customers and he knew that we were on our way and that my husband was there waiting for me. Today I called the BMW and they transferred me to the man that deals with complaints named Michael. He of course transferred me to another man named Frank to leave a voicemail. When I get my car today I will give them a piece of my mind since I keep getting transferred. Especially to the limping salesman that limped his way out and forgot about us! My husband and I will never buy cars from them again. Porche here we come!

I had an unusually tough negative equity situation going into buying a vehicle. No manufacturer or dealer in the Daytona area wanted to work with me - including Daytona BMW. I contacted Fields BMW South Orlando early on in my search but it was a good 1 1/2 hour drive for me so I was hesitant to travel that far for a car. However, I made a connection there with an exceptional representative, Mikhail Bouzko. For two weeks, while I made every effort to get into anything from Chevrolets to Kias and everything in between in the Daytona area, looking for the perfect deal, Mikhail stood by me assuring me he and his dealership could help me get into a 2014 320i. Finally, when I had exhausted every possible local option, I made the trip to South Orlando. On December 27, Mikhail used his financing expertise and creativity to do just as he had promised me he would during the 2 weeks i had wasted with all the manufacturers and dealers in the Daytona area. Thanks to Mikhail, I left Fields BMW in South Orlando in the 2014 320i. I truly felt as though I received a super deal and was treated with the utmost respect and appreciation. Other dealers had treated me as an outcast due to the negative equity. Larry Tulchinsky worked with me once I landed on the car I wanted and showed me how everything worked and he was great too - patient and thorough. I left giving hugs to Mikhail and Larry and promising them I would tell the world how great they are and how great Fields BMW South Orlando is. Thanks Mikhail, Larry and Fields BMW South Orlando! You are the best!
