I was recently in the market for a newer automobile and wanted to avoid the aggravation of dealing with a high-pressured salesperson. A family member suggested Carena Motors in Twinsburg where they had a pleasant experience. Prior to going, I visited their website, which was extremely “user friendly” and was able to peruse their used car inventory, after which I sent an inquiry by email. Eric Hidalgo responded immediately and invited me to drop by. I found him to be highly knowledgeable about the business and surprisingly low-keyed for a “car salesman”. Within minutes, I felt like Eric and I had been friends for years. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Eric at Carena Motors . . . you will be glad you did!

I bought a 2013 Subaru Impreza at Carena Motors and after having the car for a month and driving over 1000 miles everything seems to be in perfect condition. Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, I was greeted by every member during both of my visits. Staff is also very knowledgeable and not only interested in selling you a quality car but also at the best possible price. They do extensive research on the price of the car at other dealerships in order to make sure their prices are the best around. Overall a fantastic car buying experience and I would recommend Carena Motors to my family and friends.

I am so glad I had a chance to purchase my 2012 Kia Sorento from these folks!! From Chris who set me on my test drive with a nice cold water bottle in the car, (very humid day) to Eric with the paperwork, and meeting Gino who made sure I was completely satisfied, I am a customer for life. I always felt like they wanted me to be comfortable and happy with my decision. They have really nice cars and I would recommend looking here first if you are in the market for a clean used car!! Everything about my experience with Carena Motors was outstanding, from the service to the reliability of my new vehicle to the very reasonable pricing. The staff was very nice, they offered cappuccino and doughnuts which i thought was a nice touch, most places would have just have stale coffee or something. William and Eric helped me out and did a great job, they were very friendly and helpful with getting me a great rate. My used car is clean and runs like a gem, I love it. I would recommend Carena Motors to anyone looking for a car.

Great buying experience, good prices, nice vehicles. I even misplaced a piece of paper I needed for registering my vehicle, and requested that they fax me a copy. He said he would in a few minutes, and guess what?!? *gasp* I got it without having to make a second phone call, just as they said they would! Id driven past this dealership many times, but never looked there before. Ill definitely contact them first for any vehicle needs.

About ten years ago my mom bought a car at Carena Motors and had a good experience so I checked out their website to see if they had any Honda Civic Hybrids available and they did. It was just what I was looking for including low mileage and the price was about right. The staff at Carena Motors was great and we had a fantastic experience. I would like to personally thank Randy for helping me through the purchase process. This was the first car Ive bought from a dealer and it was nice to feel like someone was on my side. They let me take all the time I needed and even had their mechanic put it up on a lift so I could look underneath. This was also my first time financing and I think I got a really great rate. I was 110% satisfied with the service here. They actually listened to my concerns rather than just trying to shove something down my throat that you dont want. Buying a car thats a couple years old is a much better way to buy a car than purchasing a new one. The owner and staff can find the car you want if its not on their lot like they did for me. Prices were competitive - I will be back next time I need a car.

Bought a 2011 Ford edge with 100k miles. Its practically brand new in every way. Great vehicle at an awesome price. Eric was great to work with. My wife and I both love it. Dont let their small size scare you. I since have bought a truck from a much larger dealership, and that process has been a nightmare of returning to there shop multiple times, I wish I wouldve went back to Carena motors instead.

I bought a Lexus from them, next day it started making noises. Then i found out that they painted the wheels and breake calipers and never put the bolts back in the front caliper. Caliper came off and it was rubbing on the wheel. Luckly i didnt have an accident. When i told this to dealer, he did not reply. Its like, They dont know you after the sales.
