I have been to Nissan dealerships all over the country and I can say without a doubt that this place has to be the friendliest. Everyone is greeting everyone constantly, even coworkers to one another. I went in last week to get the 100,000 mile tune up done on our Altima Hybrid. It took a little longer than expected but I had a sitter for my little so the wait was not a big deal for me. More of a vacation, really. ;) I was disappointed to see a complimentary wash & vacuum wasnt done, as I assumed all dealerships did this. I left heading south on I-95 and 10 minutes down the road my car started smoking. I pulled over, obviously very upset after spending $600+, called the service department and immediately the gentleman was apologetic and asked if I could safely drive it back to him. I said I didnt feel comfortable driving it, as I didnt know what was causing the smoke. He told me to call his tow truck driver and hed bring me back to the dealership. The tow company, J&M Towing, told me theyd be there in 20 minutes - low and behold, they were there in 15. Once back at the dealership, a couple of mechanics and the woman from the service department were there to greet us. At this point, I was still very angry and ready to mad, demand it be fixed immediately, and request a loaner car so I can go get my daughter from school. Luckily, it never got to that point because the woman (I wish I could remember her name) covered it all before I could even think about being upset. They kept the car overnight and sent me away in a very nice loaner car. It turned out that a mechanic overfilled my transmission fluid, but they fixed it and had it triple checked that everything was okay. I picked up my car the next day. Still didnt get a car wash and vacuum job though. ;) It was obviously a less than desirable event, but Im so glad that everyone was so professional about it. I will definitely be back next time my car needs maintenance just based off the respect I was treated with while there. Also, I walked around a bit while I was waiting the first time and wound up talking to a sale woman outside. She was a doll! Again, everyone was so friendly. If I can talk my husband into trading in our van, Ill be going to see her to buy my SUV. ;)

I recently bought a brand New 2014 Nissan Versa and LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! Dan Beaver was my sales agent and there is not enough positivity in words to express how awesome this guy was in listening to my needs! I explained my situation to him and he found a couple cars that met my basic needs (a steering column and four wheels lol) He didnt sell me on something more, didnt pressure me to get accessories I have no use for and made me feel more like a brother then a buyer. Of course our common ground of the military helped as well! Awesome dude all around, if I can ever help him or pay it forward I will be doing it! Then there is the Finance Manager Al, hmm what can I say... DUDE you rock too!! There is no thanks enough I can express to you, you met my payment abilities and went above and beyond for me!!! I am forever in you debt! I will never forget this dealership and have already recommended you too a friend of mine! When I make my financial goal I hope you all have a Nizzmo 370z waiting for me in jet black, paddle shifters and all the rest of the bells and whistles!! Thanks you guys!!! Roland Choate

While on an out of town trip my check engine light came on. We were 200 miles from home and 190 miles from our destination. Oh yeah, did I mention that it was Sunday and almost everything was closed? We had to be in Orlando, FL early the next day so we found a place to rent a vehicle and, leaving our car in Brunswick, GA we continued on our way. The next day we contacted Jenkins Nissan and they were fantastic. They arranged to have our car towed to their dealership, diagnosed the problem, verified that it was covered by warranty, ordered a new transmission, installed it, and had our car ready for us when we returned, on our way back home, four days later. Service Manager Ben Gearhar was especially helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole event. I would recommend Jenkins Nissan to anyone who needs service or wants to buy a car.

I bought a cherokee with the deal that they would put larger tires on it. Waited 4 days for the car, went to pick it up and it had the same tires. Hadnt even been washed. I told them I wanted my trade in back. They told me I couldnt give it back because I signed the contract. They gave me the car one day after the 3 day bring it back promise they advertise. High pressure sales. Traded it for another car making an offer, but once the paperwork was done, they sold it to me at full price, which is my fault because I dont have experience in buying cars. Very shady, dishonest place. If you are a single female, either go somewhere else or take a man with you! I had been referred to them when they were Jenkins. Obviously it has changed in more ways than just the name.

My experience with the service department at Jenkins Nissan was fantastic. Ben was a consummate professional and did everything he could to make sure our needs were attended to. We were traveling to the area from Atlanta when we experienced problems on the interstate. We showed up Saturday morning with no appointment. The team worked tirelessly to properly diagnose the problem, engaging their Nissan master mechanic shop foreman, not just going with their initial thought. This alone saved us thousands (axle vs. torque converter). We were even provided a courtesy vehicle by Ben so our vacation weekend wasnt spent in a waiting room. Finally, the cost of the service was extremely reasonable. We experienced no problems on our return trip.

I recently purchased a new 2013 Nissan Rogue at Jenkins Nissan of Brunswick. I love the vehicle- lots of room, fun to drive, and everything I wanted in a new vehicle at a fair price. For the money, this vehicle wins hands down on other comparable competitors. The staff at Jenkins are professional and courteous. Joe Douglas was my Sales Professional and Al Lim handled all the financing matters. Joe and Al are knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and answered any questions I had. This was by far the best experience I have had in just browsing at first, test driving, and making my decision on what vehicle fit me, my budget, and my needs. Update: 4/16/14: First Service Appointment, great experience!
