You need to seriously work on your customer service skills. My Jeep is under warranty and my A.C. is not working. I made In appointment for 8:30 a.m. on Friday July 21st .My vehicle was there before that and I pulled up and is greeted by 2 nice younger kids who told me that my service rep Sam Would-be out in just a moment I let him know that I had been work that afternoon and I need to know how long my car was going to be he told me he would have my car diagnosed in approximately one hour I told him that was fine and 1 across the street to have breakfast and 930 I came back an hour later as I was led to believe I would have some information I asked Sam if there was any update and he told me no. I then went and sat in the lobby until 1030, 2 hours after arrived now 1 hour after I was told something will be taken care of he told me that he would get-up-and-go in the back-and look I came back at 11:00 a.m. and I asked him if he had an update he told me that he had not gotten up yet I said to him OK I need a rental car now I cant wait any longer its been 2 and a 1/2 hours since I have been here I said there are things I need out of my car he went ahead and pulled my car around I found out at this point in time my vehicle had not even been looked at. At this point in time very frusrated that I basically had been lied to and had zero communication from him. After I took the keys and left because I dont have all-day to sit around waiting for something that might happen, meaning my cart may get looked at at some point in time. I made a phone call to the dealership. I was transferred by a lovely receptionist who put me through to A-line that rang and rang and rang for 5 minutes So when I called back I explained to her that I had been sent to a deadline and nobody answered I said to her I dont care if its a service department manager give me the general manager for the property she told me she was going to put me through to the assistant general manager I then encountered a person apparently his receptionist, whom I told my story too and she agreed that the experience was terrible. She then told me that she was going to try and find Jacob so he could help me. So finally after being bounced around and talking to other people at the 12 minute mark on my 2nd phone called Jacob finally answers he tells me the best I can-do is bring me back in on Monday and have a rental car there or maybe I have to go to enterprise he didnt know so we can get my car fixed. I told him if he could get a car over there to day by 3:00 p.m. from enterprise I Would-be happy to drop my car back-off he call me back later saying it was impossible. My 1st irratation comes from the fact that I have to go to a Jeep dealer to have my warranty fixed I feel as though my time is not important my business is not important. When I come in for an oil change I get service very very quickly but when I make an appointment to have my car looked at there is an expectation on behalf of the consumer that something will be done in a timely fashion and if its not going to happen in timely fashion that this is communicated to you by your service representative. Sam could have very easily at the one hour mark checked on my vehicle told me sir I expected it to be taken care of it is not can I get you a rental car and then everything wouldve been fine but the lack of service from your service department is unacceptable and now that Im actually looking to buy a second car I will not be looking at your venue.

I must say, if we had seen the reviews here, we probably wouldnt have gone to this dealership. I guess Im glad I didnt see the reviews, because we had a very good experience at Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I had been phoning around looking for a specific car. All the dealers I called said they didnt have it and didnt seem interested in trying to find it. But then I called Darren at Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and he really worked hard to find the car I wanted (with a certain color seats). Darren found the car at a dealer an hour or so away and said they could have it brought to their location. When we went over to Cen. FL Chrysler to discuss price, we were helped by Nathan. I ended up looking at a few other cars before sticking with my original choice - Nathan was very patient throughout. No pressure, very easy-going and helpful. When we were ready to make an offer, we were passed on to the sales manager. The last time we bought a new car, in another state, that dealer prided itself on posting their very lowest price on the hang tag on cars mirror. I think this is the best thing a dealer can do. This time, were told that they would lose money if they sold us the car at the price we wanted to pay. As we were saying, "Thanks anyway" and walking out the door, the manager said he *would* sell us the car at the price we offered. On one hand, Im glad we were able to buy the car we wanted at the price we thought (from shopping around) was fair. But this felt shady. Dont tell me youre going to lose money if youre not. Give me your best price up front. If they had done that, I would be giving them five stars instead of four. At the same time, Im guessing that most of the dealerships in Orlando (or anywhere) do business in that faintly dishonest way -- giving you a "best price" that is not really their best price. They kept the dealership open quite late in order to finish our paperwork. They were very gracious about this, though they must have all wanted to get home to their families. They were also very gracious about delivery of the car. Nathan drove it out to where we were, 30 minutes away, the next day. This helped us out. We visited quite a few dealers when we were trying to figure out what kind of car we wanted to buy. Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge had more cars on their lot than any other dealer. Its a beautiful dealership. So go in with a little caution, having read a few bad reviews -- but you should go in and check it out for yourself. Im glad we did. We would go back for sure.
